Laughing Moon Boutique — Local services in Plymouth

On December 31, 2012 my husband and I arrived at the store to exchange a piece of jewelry that was a gift to me from my husband. We had our store receipt and were willing to exchange the item and even do some extra shopping. However, we were approached at the door in an unfriendly manner telling us that they were doing inventory (even though the sign said "Open") and that we could not even make an exchange because it was more than 10 days since the date of purchase (which was 12/18/2012). This policy is absurd especially around the holidays! Needless to say we left there very unhappy customers and will never shop there again. I feel it important that the public know about our experience as in this economy there is not room for this type...

I love this store!! I had just come in to browse around and the extremely helpful cashier Hannah took their time to show me all the assorted clothing, accessories, jewelry, incense, and other amazing local cute products!! I will definitely be back!! I highly recommend this store, the products are worth the money and you can't beat the above and beyond customer service...

Amazing store, carrying all sorts of items from clothes and crystals, to incense and specialist instruments. The cashier, Lisa, was extremely friendly and helpful, and really turned a good experience into a great one. If I was able, I'd shop at the moon every day, even picked up a few moon brand stickers to show my love for this wonderful place! God...
