CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Pocono Township

This is the third time I have been so disappointed in this location and to me three strikes your out. The incompetence in the pharmacy is unbelievable. it takes hours to fill anything. Todays escapade I ordered an asthma pump at 7:30 AM. At 12:30 I was told that it’s not ready. I said it’s an asthma PUMP nothing to be counted and I am having an asthma attack right now. He flat out said there is two more people infront if you that are more important and your s may be ready in 45 min. the kid at the register should not work with people at all. The customer service in this pharmacy is terrible. I went earlier today to pick up an antibiotic. I was told it wasn't ready. No sooner than I get back to work, only about 10 minutes later, I received a text that my prescription was ready for pick up. I specifically told the pharmacist that I would wait if it would be done soon and I was told no. Then I go back after work and sit for 20 minutes in the drive thru with no acknowledgment. When one of the ladies in the pharmacy finally comes to the window, she doesn't bother to apologize for making me wait. She just asks my name with an attitude. My first attempt at picking up my prescription was at 1:50 in the afternoon, they were closed for lunch. My second attempt was at 5:00 pm and the drive up line was incredibly long. My 3rd attempt was at 6:57 pm now the drive up lane is closed/ out of order said the sign in the window. I go inside and the line is weaving through the isles. Funny thing is there was only one person working the cash register at the pharmacy and one pharmacist so if the drive up window was operational who would be working it. 🤔 at 7:37 pm I finally get my prescription.
