Pocono Mountain Harley-Davidson — Local services in Pocono Township

A year ago I walk into Pocono HD for $40 spark plugs & end up purchasing a New $40k bike. This dealer purposely misled me to get my signature on that “X” before I left that night staying hours after closing time. I don’t get ripped off often & sucks to admit when you do get hosed but hopefully this can help someone else from getting their dream bike turned into a nightmare like mine was. Lesson learned now i read every word before ever signing at the “X” if it’s 1000 pages best put the coffee on. It was crystal clear in Early 2024 I will never do business again with PoconoHD from how this entire debacle was handled. Over the past year they continue to call me at least half dozen times about promotions or whatever junk of the month they are selling while I’m constantly asking them to stop contacting me. How about the 1.9% promo + $2k in accessories on 2023 leftover models you failed to inform me of when i was actually at the dealer spending my hard earned $$ on a ‘23 New leftover had to find out about that promotion from another HD Dealer. By the next morning all involved to sell me the bike were all to busy to return my many calls,emails,texts not even 12hrs later & paperwork was pushed thru to bank anyways by the time they returned my call at mid-end of day didn’t even want the bike at that point paying thousands $ more in interest then I could have got bike for with little to no effort made to make it right many hours of talking in circles was offered a $1000 exhaust for the “mishap” I threw down a year salary at your dealer for a new bike & y’all got me for another 300% interest cus you didn’t want to pay for the promotion ridiculous & now want to contact me about promotions is laughable. $192 in tax they refused to refund me from the extended warranty scam that I didn’t want in 1st place & again was assured will be 100% refunded, oh we don’t refund tax, ok no prob never heard of that but fine i just reported it & moved on PoconoHD needs my $200 more than i do not worth the headache I’ll make more $$ but they won’t gain more customers not conducting clean honest business. The Drive belt had zero “0” deflection, wire harness crushed under fuel tank had electrical & shifting issue from day 1 bring bike into service asking me what shoes I wear & it’s a new bike it will wear in. Yeah? the clutch adjuster jam nut laying in bottom of primary case on a BRAND NEW HD with 6mi on clock will def wear in bike had been sitting in showroom for months & cant do a basic PM? I paid the absurd “Dealer prep” fee for it to be performed & obviously it wasn’t done. Repairs under/thru Warranty is a joke it’s bare minimum parts/labor needed to get bikes running which is why I don’t ever buy extended warranty’s in 1st place. They always got an excuse of why it not their fault or they come from HD like that not surprised after the small view I got of how this dealer operates to move a lot of bikes out the door. This was the 2nd bike I bought from Pocono HD in 3yrs. It’s 100% my fault for just entrusting the sales team would be genuine & fair. The head honco YOST in charge of all their stealerships was up from Florida while all this was going on & I just wanted an amicable fix to this “misunderstanding” before physically taking bike from dealer. This guy had no problem telling me your a grown man you signed on the X Its your financial responsibility if you think we are liars & don’t trust us then there nothing left to talk about… They didn’t have my trade in yet if I had the same mentality as that guy I’d have tie down the throttle burnt engine up & said come get your trade in bruh. POCONO HD STOP CONTACTING ME & MINES WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YALL AGAIN DANG NEAR BEGGED TO MAKE IT RIGHT & GOT IN UNGOTZ IN RETURN YALL NEVER GOIN RUIN MY DAY AGAIN. BUYERS BEWARE THEY JUST WANT TO GET YOU INTO A MONTHLY PAYMENT NOT THE BEST DEAL! SHOP AROUND DO RESEARCH HAVE SOMEONE THAT KNOWS CONTRACTS WITH YOU THE EXCITEMENT OF MY DREAM BIKE CLOUDED MY JUDGEMENT & IM NOT THE ONLY 1 THATS BEEN MISLED INTO PAYING THOUSANDS...

Back in November my girlfriend and I went in to look at apparel after riding for the day. We decided before walking upstairs to look at the Harleys on the floor. We were approached by Zach and started talking about everything. I got my first Harley 2 years ago and was on the fence about an upgrade. I told Zach about my riding history, what I wanted for the future, my likes and dislikes and he was very interested to know more and cater to my interests. We decided to test a street glide which I already had and a road glide. After our test ride my girlfriend and I figured let's see financially what a 2024 what cost us and we were very pleased with the deal and costs. With the help of Zach, Matt, John and Heather we walked away a few days later with the new 2024 Whiskey Fire Street glide. The staffs help to make my visit and purchase a great and easy time and so helpful. We felt very comfortable with their knowledge, experience, and friendship.

We are so happy to make this purchase and the relationship we now have here. Zach is a top of the line salesman, is awesome and just listened to what we had to say. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Zach also continues to check in with me months after the purchase and still does. Matt was helpful for trade in value of my old Harley and was persistent to keep helping us to find a great pice. John was so great with the hospitality aspect as we stayed after hours to purchase this Harley. He was helpful with professionalism as well along with confidence as a leader of his team. Heather was an absolute pleasure to work with in the office for financial expertise and thankful of her recommendations for add ons to the purchase. She also worked hard with different banks to get us the best interest rate and happy she helped us to the ultimate best experience with finance.

We are happy with our purchase and excited for the 2025 riding season as we only got 3 rides in before winter hit.

Visited the mountains this weekend for a short getaway and saw this place while driving to my resort. Can't appreciate enough the beauty of the building and the amazing location it sits in.

I knew right then that I wanted to stop by before returning home. So I stopped by this place browsed a few bikes, outside their building and once I stepped in I met, Diego, one of the salesperson at the dealership. He had to of known that neither my friends or I weren't going to make a purchase that day, but nonetheless he took us through the whole building showing and educating us on all the models and even some sold collectibles that were about to ship out. He didn't care what our price range was or even if we wanted to get a bike at all. All he cared was that 3 guys walked in with their love for a Harley. To which he responded by being our guide throughout the amazing showroom.

His way of dealing with my friends and I instilled a dream of owning a harley during that visit. When I am ready to own a beast of this kind I'll make sure to come get it from this Harley Kingdom and make sure Diego is my man on the deal.

Diego and the staff there brings pride to Harley Davidson ownership life. I have went to multiple harley davidson's to buy gear for friends and family but never have I met a better group of people who are willing to educate, entertain and navigate through the whole process with such ease.
