Lucky Brand — Local services in Pocono Township

The Lucky Brand storehas one of the chillest vibes of any store I’ve been to. As soon as you walk in it feels laid-back and comfortable. The music is mellow the layout is open and it’s just an easy place to shop.

What I really appreciate is how the employees handle things. They’re friendly and welcoming but also give you space to browse without hovering. They’re there if you need something but they don’t make you feel like you’re being watched or rushed. It makes the whole experience feel more relaxed.

The selection is great too. They’ve got all the classic Lucky denim plus some nice tops jackets and accessories. The prices are solid especially with the outlet discounts and the quality is what you’d expect from the brand.

The store was clean well-organized and easy to navigate. I never felt overwhelmed or crowded which is a big plus when you’re just trying to take your time and find something you like.

My intention was visiting the Crossings for sneaker shopping. We spent a bunch of time and a bunch of $$ on great sales like shirts, shorts and tees. The sales associate, ARIEL, was engaging and pleasant, folded all my clothes in a simple but neat manner in my bag. I sat near the register as my wife was trying on clothes and noticed each one of the associates were hustling to keep merchandise organized and helping potential customers. ABBI (sic), another associate, was great with helping me figure out sales prices and finding my right size. I was shopping at Tannersville store with my 23 year old mentally and physically handicapped son. I was greatly impressed by kindness and compassion of both sales associates. Cindy L waited on us. She helped my husband and I to pick out the right fitting jeans. But most of all I was impressed with how she treated and interacted with my son Tony. It melted my heart.
