Le Creuset Outlet Store — Local services in Pocono Township

Le Creuset at the Pocono Premium Outlets is a must-visit if you’re serious about cookware. Their products are top quality and this store has a great selection of colors and styles. Everything is well organized and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy.

I have an induction oven and Le Creuset is the only cookware that truly works perfectly with it. Their pots and pans heat evenly and hold up over time. I’ve had some of mine for years and they still look brand new. The enamel finish doesn’t chip and the performance hasn’t changed at all.

This location had a lot of great outlet deals too. Some items were marked down much lower than I’ve seen online or at other stores. Whether you’re starting your collection or adding to it this is a great spot to shop.

You can tell the brand stands behind its quality and this store reflects that. Everything from the customer service to the product display was top notch.

The employees in this store are amazing! I worked with Liza and I believe Marjorie was her name. I went in to simply check out the different sizes of Dutch ovens since I’ve been wanting one for some time now. I wasn’t planning on making a purchase when I went in, was simply looking and comparing sizes and colors. The two ladies working approached me and began talking and due to their knowledge and kindness I ended up making a purchase. They did not have the color I wanted, but they worked hard to check stock for delivery on it. I’m typically not one to buy add ons either and because of their amazing skills I grabbed a few extras to go with my new Le Creuset Dutch oven. I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase and even more satisfied with the level of service I received. I plan on returning to pick up a few more accessories...
