I recently had a wonderful shopping experience at my local Lululemon store, and I couldn't be happier with the level of service and attention I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the managers and staffs, who were friendly and eager to assist me with my shopping needs.

The store layout was clean, well-organized, and aesthetically pleasing, making it easy to browse through the various clothing options. Employees at this store are super helpful. One of the employees told me the pop-up is guaranteed until August 2024 and depending if they make good money in that location, they are deemed to stay. It can get very busy here to the point where it is tough to shop so around the early morning or the hours towards closing are the best times to shop. Because it is an outlet, most of the items here are from the WMTM section from the Lululemon website. Employees told me that things will sell out fast here and they are always receiving inventory. They DO NOT take online returns since it is an outlet. Also, there is a sign by the cash register that says there is no returns or exchanges. (They were allowing one time exchanges due to the holidays but I am guessing they are going to be stopping that once January ends so FYI) They will also allow price adjustments within one week but please don't be a Karen about it. Employees here work their butt off and it really shows. I'm so happy for this location.

THIS IS A POP-UP STORE AND THERE’S NO TAKEDOWN DATE LISTED. It doesn’t say this online but it does say “pop-up” on a window. That’s probably why there are so few reviews.

If you’re thinking of going here, don’t let the actual location fool you - someone on Google Maps pinned it as being in the middle of the Under Armor store (not sure why?) we looked in the Under Armor store and to our surprise, lulu was nowhere to be found. So I looked on the official Simon Directory for the Pocono Outlets and it’s ALL the way to the right side of the map between the Children’s Place and the Cosmetics Company Store.

So we went in and there was NO space to walk around and look for sizes, colors, etc. virtually no black leggings to be found and the aisles are VERY small - probably enough space for only one person to stand in and there were way too many people. Mind you, we came here on a rainy, dark, gloomy Wednesday afternoon. Who the heck goes to lululemon in the middle of a gross rainy Wednesday?
