I absolutely love this store. The prices are amazing!!! The products in regular department stores are three to four times higher at least. I was recently in there and the store manager is a doll. She was very sweet, eager to please and gave me samples as well. For those of you who aren't familiar with how retail works-in this store they do not have all the colors and all the numbers you are looking for. They have lost but not forgotten items and I noticed MAC had palettes from a few trends ago. I was thrilled that they carried perfectionist powder as they were phased out from stores. Great gift set prices also. So excited they carry Tom Ford fragrance and Bobbi Brown. As long as the products are not exposed to air, they are wrapped, untouched they are perfectly fine to use. I could have spent all day at the store! I'm sorry there were dissatisfied experiences but I definitely give it 5 stars and I...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe store was very nice in itself but there was a very rude employee working there named Jill. I accidentally was attempting to test a product for sale that I thought was a sample and she snapped at me. She yelled: āI was trying to sell that product!ā Iām sure that there was a nicer way to stop me from using the product with a gentle voice and a please and thank you. I kept trying on products and she asked in a rude tone: āAre you just going to keep trying things on?!ā I was planning on buying something and I did. But it took me an hour to purchase some products because I was so upset about Jillās treatment of me. I ended up buying a lavender face mask solely because she stressed me out. If you are used to the traditional cosmetic store of being able to try on everything and/or sensitive like me then donāt visit because Jill treats...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've shopped The Cosmetics Company Store numerous times over the last few years. Each visit I've received a different attitude from the sales help. I never know how they'll treat me because their attitudes run cold to hot all the time. The only time any of them are smiling is if you spend over $150 and they're ringing up the sale. Ask them for help and there's a good chance you'll get an eyeroll included. As to merchandise, you never know what's in stock. I'd love to see an ad posted, which would encourage me to shop there more often. After dropping close to $200 recently, the clerk gave me 2 samples of discontinued, no longer available merchandise. What a joke. Prices generally better than TJMaxx, etc., thus...
