Wow 🥺 I have been a customer for a very long time so with deep sadness I would like to say today was the worst experience I've ever had. I am so grateful I woke up today with the intention of being happy. Can somebody explain to me why yesterday I got my lashes done only to see in the middle of the night the left corner was slightly lifted. Normally I would have been hysterical but I'm like oh okay I know they got me they'll fix it no only to my dismay the young lady that originally did the job had a horrible attitude as if I offended her by asking her to fix it. First of all I don't know if she was offended because I said it in front of a customer. First off I never asked for a new lash I just basically wanted it to be fixed. I thought that was reasonable. The young lady was I guess upset so she just made a complete 360 and I said being in this business you have to be more courteous nobody's out to get you I'm not out here trying to get free eyelashes I'm just basically asking you to fix it. Then she proceeded to ask me should she fix the other one by adding some more glue and I was like well it seems fine she was like no but it's lifting. Okay well if that's the case I can't see so I would assume you would want to fix it so I wouldn't have to return. Boy was I wrong the girl did it with complete disdain towards me. Then had the nerve to ask me who do you normally come to I didn't answer. She then had the nerve to say well maybe you should stick with them. Thank you Jesus cuz I am a child of God. I actually love 99.9% all the work I've had done there over the years. But what I can say 100%, I will never use her again. We all know when you find a good nail place you try to stick to it. but honey child another person would have lost it.it could have been a whole different scenario. So I'm saying this to anybody that's in customer service not everybody wants something for free we just want what we paid for and I would think you would want to do a good job so that way a person can promote your work . The only reason why this place got a one star from me is because I couldn't give a 0. I guess that's for a good reason because I wouldn't want to punish the whole business for...

I went there on a Saturday nothing different I've been going there for 6months Now it's close to my mom's house 🏡 and the first lashes experience by Liz was great. .and the first nail 💅but Tony was okay didn't go back to him I went for a full service with my daughter👭who is 9 and we both got a full set I got my lashes done and a pedicure the lash was not fully on my left eye she (Liz) blamed it on the fold of the eye I sleep 😴 on I sleep on my back due to c-sections from 4 pregnancy so I let it go DID NOT GO BACK..... the last time was yesterday I and my daughter 👭went for full sets by Ryan to only find out its Liz brother...first I arrived 38 mins before he did and was the first client he never acknowledged his customer list and went in the back 🔙 Liz advised him that he had two clients me and my daughter 👭 my real nails are long I've been growing them cause tips tin to pop so my daughter gets her nails done and he comes to me with and attitude and say YOU stupid because I took my daughter to another ASAIN k well I did for a fix and a polish change but why I'm I stupid and what is that his concern???? Now 2 hours have went by and I'm still soaking I'm bout to want out at this point but I stay to remove the lifting acrylic.... He was peeling off the nail when I didn't what it peeled it hurts DUHHH THE REASON FOR THE SOAK OFF and quoted me three different prices for just 💅 POLISH colors and said if you want shORt long or medium duhhhhh my nails are long.... And got up and was talking to his sister in there language.... THERE RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL AND WHEN THE HEAT IS ON THEY RUSH AND MESS YOU UP AND BLAME TERRIBLE DECISIONS ON THE CUSTOMERS ILL NEVER RETURN.... AND WE JUST KEEP GIVING THESES PEOPLE AT 🌟 STAR NAILS OUR MONEY 💰 THINK ITS OKAY FOR THE TO BE DISRESPECTFUL AND ACTING OF OUR MINORITY TRYING TO TALK LIKE US AND ISH ITS A DAUM SHAME ....HATE I MADE THAT RIDE TO ONLY BE DISAPPOINTED.... SAT THERE FOR 3HOURS AND DIDN'T EVEN GET NY NAILS DONE... I HAD A FUNRAL TO ATTEND TOO AT 2 IN CAROL CITY IM LIVE IN POMPANO SMH.... HERE ITS WAS 11 O'CLOCK AND IM DRIVING ROUND ON A SATURDAY LOOKING FOR A GOOD EVEN OK NAIL TECHNICIAN.........

I've been going to Star Nails on and off for more than 4 years. The people that work there are good at certain things. Some are good at manicure, some are only good at brows, etc. That's why ppl wait for certain nail or brow techs. Find who is good at what you want. They are loyal to their "everyday" clients that live in the area. Like I said I've been going there off and on more than 4 years. I love getting my brows and acrylic set there, mostly by Johnny and the other young slim guy there. Anyone for my brows. They're all good to me in brows. One day I tried a new person for my acrylic. Loved them after I left. Popped off in three days. All I did was pick up my purse and the thumb nail broke. And they KEPT popping off. Went back and no one remembered me and claimed I was lying with my freshly waxed brows that I also got done there too. He put too little acrylic and didn't prime them well and didn't want to be held accountable. I had to wait hours for the ppl before me. Literally for them to fix three nails. Even showed my bank statement. And was still accused of lying. Then they wanted me to pay. For what? The poor excuse Of acrylics you put on. The owner is who had the original nail tech fix my nails. Maybe just to get rid off me. But I don't appreciate being called a liar. I paid for a service. It was not done satisfactorily and I wanted it fixed. Simple. I was very calm and nice but I guess I should have been loud and ghetto like their other clients. I will never ever go there again. I'm only one person but I don't care. I won't spend my money there and I 'll tell my friends not to as well. I'm about service. I'll try Nail Fever across the street. Heard they are great and that is where I wanted to go that day anyway but they were packed. Any who, good luck Star Nails customers. I choose respect and quality over hype.
