Tilapia Fish and Chicken — Restaurant in Pompano Beach

I have ordered from here a few times, the food is for the most part fresh

But, sometimes I don’t understand the menu , it is not consistent

I’ve ordered same garden salad choice but sometimes it comes in a large food container and sometimes it comes in a clear cake slice box , which are drastic size changes in comparison. Also the salad ingredients change by the day sometimes it has extra goodies like banana peppers , cucumbers , and pickles and sometimes it just doesn’t never know what you’re going to get.

Also, the chicken salad , I ordered a few times , I can oder yesterday and receive a chicken salad with breaded tenders, then today will get a cold plain bland chicken chunks

Another time, I ordered a conch salad , which is supposed to be more like ceviche , only to receive fried conch on top of a bed of lettuce When the picture shows raw conch, in lime juice with veggies

Lastly, the fried chicken wings, fried okra, corn nuggets, and fries are sprinkle with such little seasoning, don’t request extra because then they won’t put anything at all out of spite and cook...

I ordered for delivery and the nasty phone girl put me on hold I was hearing their whole conversation got my delivery an hour later , they didn't tell the driver I was paying by credit card they undercooked my French fries overcooked my shrimps and wings horrible service when I called back to tell the young nasty lady about the service she hangs up on me then I call back and she let the phone ring and put a man on the phone. My husband is very close to the owner and unfortunately he's out of the state she needs to get fired whoever she is she has horrible customer service she doesn't know how to talk to people over the phone unfortunately the driver kept calling her and she just kept picking up the phone not saying anything and putting the phone down she's a horrible that human being never ever order if she's going to be working there she definitely needs...

I’d give 0 stars if I could. The lady working the to-go station had zero consideration for anyones time and took 5 minutes to package the order up and another 5 minutes to pour up the two drinks that were supposed to be in my order. The kitchen looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in 9 years the equipment looks disgusting from outside the kitchen. On top of that the good for nun made it a point to not exchange me my drinks when they were ready instead she waited for me to realize that she put them elsewhere because I was waiting where she had given me the food.
