My husband is a doctor and I am a business owner. We have relied on this Rotelli's for dinner 3/4 nights a week for the past 6 years due to our busy schedules and that it is fairly near by. The food quality and efficiency used to be incomparable. I am unsure if the owners have changed in the past 2 years but the prices have gone up ans the portions/quality have drastically declined:(. We received some coupons in the mail (which we rarely use in general), but just so happened to see them on the counter amd decided to order with a buy 1 get one free dinner coupon valued up to 13.99. (We would pay the price of one dinner plus the difference of the next dinner after 13.99). We ordered a pasta trio and a chicken pasta dish. We order from here so frequently that we have tried almost everything on the menu and since we had a coupon we decided to get 2 entrees we have never had which come with a soup or salad , which we confirmed with the man who took our order. We recieved our delivery ($40 for 2 entrees with coupon and an add on side salad) but did not receive the soup that was supposed to come with the pricey meal. I called back and they said when you use a coupon you don't get the soup. We also did NOT get any pasta with our trio. We paid $20 for 2 ounces of breaded chicken, 2 ounces of bland lasagna, and one shell with cheese in it. We did not receive pasta for the chicken parm or the soup not to mention the portions we received were comical (smaller than the normal size we received almost any other day). I called back to let them know we were missing our soups and pasta and the response was simply you had a coupon and you don't get it when you use that. Basically, we would have been better off orderinf without the coupon which would have been $60 plus but at least maybe we would have received appropriate portion sizes and our small side cup of soup that our 4 yr old nephew was looking forward to enjoying. We tipped our driver %20 of what the ORIGINAL bill would have been and were horrified at what we received. We are DONE with this Rotellis! Do NOT come here unless you are ready to spend $25+ tip per person on an americanized italian carry...
Read moreI've been ordering from here for the past three years since residing in the area and I must say I just had the absolute worst experience Ever. The "Manager" Carlos was impertinent, abrupt and lacked basic Customer service and Communication skills, he spoke over me and DEMANDED I listen! Yes DEMANDED! How dare a business demands you to listen to them when you're the one calling in with an issue with your order, after you've already paid for it. I pretty much order the same order regularly and this particular time it was incorrect for whatever reason. I explained the issue to Carlos since he picked the line, and instead of him empathizing with me for the inconvenience he told me I wasn't charged for what I actually wanted, because it wasn't taken down in the system that way, and that I needed to pay for it, his delivery was in no means acceptable or excusable in fact it was disrespectful and unbecoming of an Manager. I asked him for his name, he responded abruptly "Carlos, like I said before" (impertinence). After expressing my feelings towards the way he handled the matter he argued with me instead of being solution-based, and then he aggressively told me he will make another one; NO THANK YOU! After this interaction there's no way I would trust him to send me anything. Speaking with a Manager about the situation is always the better option, however with speaking with this particular Manager I can only imagine the nature of the culture in this place. After years of ordering from here, I will no longer...
Read moreI've read a lot of the reviews from here and honestly it's actually very decent. The one thing people have said is the service is rough. I agree they are definitely a little rough around the edges, however I think they are a more traditional or old school Italian people and just come off that way. The food was really pretty decent. The pizza we ordered was good, with a lighter crust and sweet flavor. There is not a ton of sauce but that doesn't make it bas as it was full of flavor and did rank up there in the pizzas I've had in the past. The past was fresh and tasted good. Yes the Alfredo could use a little more salt or pepper to your liking but overall it was very good. The garlic knots or bread they bring before the meal is amazing. They are lite and fluffy covered on real garlic and butter. The staff is nice and does make sure you have what you need. I think the one disconnect people have is they don't speak full English. The servers are good but the cooks and people who help bring food out speak broken English. Overall I would say this is 4.5 start experience with most dishes are priced at $15-$20 per person. What's nice is it was lite and didn't leave me with a full...
