Starbucks — Restaurant in Ponca City

Will probably just be heading to the one in the plaza despite the drive through being more convenient. Half the time the staff is great and other half acts like they can't be bothered. Also not sure what this location has against Caramel Apple Spices. I like to order mine cold because heated up apple juice just doesn't vibe with me. Sometimes they make it just fine but other times they just tell me no or like today I had to tell them three times an Iced Caramel Apple spice, even after the third time I had to make sure it was iced because it didn't say so on the screen, I was told they would let the barista know, cool no problem. I get my drink and it's missing the dulce syrup. I've paid for a cup of apple juice essentially, nothing that makes it a caramel apple spice. It's not the first time we've had to have drinks corrected and remade and I am honestly just feeling defeated at this point with this location. Hope everyone else has a better experience...

The employees were pretty amazing! The customer before me was not being very nice and could use improvements for sure but all the ladies working did a magnificent job! They were very nice to her even when she got irritated and walked out abruptly. They suggested a few drinks to me and the ones they suggested for myself and my husband were absolutely perfect! We wanted to try something new and it was pretty amazing! Salted caramel cold brew for me and my hubby tried a mango dragonfruit refresher while our daughter opted for the Java chip Frappuccino. If you want your drink made wrong and long wait times. This is the place for you. They cannot make a simple iced white chocolate mocha right. Even with extra white chocolate it taste bitter because they don’t even stir it?!? At least not well enough. The drive through is also poorly designed. You shouldn’t go through the stores parking lot to line up. You should be able to go in the outer parking lot. But the tight turns make it difficult for most vehicles.
