I used to love love this place. But now…
We use to bring our donations all the time and employees gave us to exchange 30% of for next purchases, there is no this option any more.
What happened with prices? It’s cheaper now to buy some baby clothes brand new in Walmart then in Goodwill🧐
No restrooms.
Usually employees are pretty nice, but last time the lady (good that she was the only one) was circling around our family like a super angry dragon and even did not try to hide all her emotions - anger and discuss. I was told earlier this week by the Silverdale Goodwill store manager that most Goodwill stores participate in a statewide e-cycle program (for which they are compensated). The Port Angeles store is listed as a collector site according to both Dept.of Ecology and Clallam County websites and was much closer so based on this information I loaded a 150 pound TV, drove it 25 miles only to be told by manager Chris that they don't accept large TV's. He didn't bother to check into the specifics of what I had researched and didn't seem to...
