Westside Pizza — Restaurant in Port Angeles

Great pizza! Unfortunately the service at the counter was very lacking.

I came in to pick up my order, nobody was at the counter (I understand that), I hear talking in the kitchen so I say "Hello, anyone here?" One employee looks at me and goes back to the conversation with another employee. I wait, figuring he doesn't work at the counter. Nobody comes up. I call again, "Is anybody working up here?" He then looks back at me and turns away. I am now more that mad and yell, "I would like to get my order!" He finally decides to creep towards the front with an attitude that says I am inconveniencing him and slowly rings me up. Then hands me my order and says here you go, with so much disdain I decided it would be better to go somewhere else from now on. Going to miss the pizza, but not the rudeness.

Three friends and I strolled into rolled into town after a 17 hour day that began with 4 and a half hour drive that started at 3: am Wednesday morning ,straight to work on a custom build on the Elwah up past Joyce, and starved and exhausted Thought pizza sounded good so we walked in and ordered.... All four of us were completely stunned on how fantastic to food was.....everything from pasta to pizza and salad ....the tossed chicken salad was nothing less than the best I have ever had in my entire life anywhere. . .the waitress was very nice ,courteous and professional yet kept it fun with craziness. We all are definitely going back whenever we get a chance....which should say a lot...as we live in Goldbar ,sultan and evertt.....any thank you for your incredible resteraunt... Fantastic......sincere...

I went in tonight to order a pizza and everything was going great until the second person who order after me got their name called for their food while mine still hadn’t been called. I went up to the counter to inquire about my food (one large basic pizza) and they had it sitting up there.

I asked if they called my name because I heard two names that were not mine and the person behind the counter said “uh I don’t know it’s been up here for like 15 minutes. Here you go, have a good night” and walked away. I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they’re having a really bad day but there was only 3 orders in a 30 minute window with a total count of 4 pizzas…. I didn’t dare ask for my pizza to be reheated so I took it home and put it in the oven. Guess I’ll stick to dominoes or...
