Just love what A Better Pro Shop is doing for bowling and for the local community! Very dedicated staff who love the game and want to share that passion and love with others. Jimmy Sella, Jacob, Jaros and Sam have really done an excellent job especially this past year taking the shop to another level. They also have great sales and/or promos being run! Their Facebook page has awesome content, inspirational posts and awesome sales being run. The shop offers great package options for bowlers of all levels and budgets! They make investment in new equipment to help their customers maintain their investments! Most importantly, Jimmy is at the top of his game when it comes to drilling and the bowlers who have switched to him in the past year alone and trust him with their equipment speaks to that. At the end of the day, this shop has no competition. They offer custom high quality shammies! Custom Spare Balls! Custom Jerseys! Coaching and clinics! This past winter 24-25 season they started the "Just Better" board where every bowler drilled by A Better Pro Shop that gets a sanctioned 300 or 800+ series gets recognized on FB for their achievement!

In the past 2 years alone, PBA Hall of Famers Walter Ray Williams Jr. and Amleto Monacelli have been a part of clinics at Treasure Lanes and have also been guests of honor at the back to back San Pedro Bowling Bash Fundraiser!!

If you're looking for "the guy" look no further. Scott at "A Better Pro Shop" represents the best in customer service! I would say not just as a bowling pro shop but as a model for any business.

I was having a tough time finding someone to help me find the right ball and layout. By chance I discovered Scott through his eBay store "abetterproshop". I had purchased some bowling ball cleaning products as his prices were the best. His follow up email seemed honest and personal so I asked for assistance with my layout. He responded almost immediately and offered to help. After speaking with him over the phone I felt he might be a master at his craft so I planned a trip to go see him at Treasure Lanes in Northport, FL. My feeling was correct. Not only did Scott's knowledge of advanced drilling techniques help me find my preferred layout, he helped complete my arsenal with the perfect ball/layout for my throwing style. If that wasnt enough he corrected the layout on my other two balls with state-of-the-art techniques. All of a sudden I was throwing more comfortably and confidently! All this and his prices meet or beat anything you would find online!!! I normally bought online as prices are usually much better...not anymore! I now will go out of my way to buy only from A Better Pro Shop.

A Better Pro Shop is absolutely my stop for all my bowling needs. Great service, friendly, and professional. They certainly listen to your needs and provide you with what you need. Bowling is a unique sport in that it is the only sport where you place part of your hand inside of the object being used to get points (in our case pins) so it is imperative that your ball fit is precise. A Better Pro Shop will definitely ensure your ball fits as it needs to whether you are just starting out or are a scratch (220 ave) bowler. Maintenance is key for both your equipment and YOU as well. As you bowl your ball inevitably will get small cuts, abrasions, lose its pearl surface or its sanded surface, ect. They provide ball resurfacing, polishing/sanding services to bring your ball back to factory specs. If youre not ready for a full resurface yet a detox in between resurfaces is important to keep your equipment in as optimal condition as possible. Then there is you the bowler. You can only be as good as your skillset. A Better Pro Shop provides personal lessons as well to help you in your journey to being the best bowler you can be.
