Port Hueneme has the greatest staff of any USPS within 500 miles. The team here is friendly , smart and fast. You won't find any attitude here, the lines are rarely long and if they are they move fast. Parking is free, there always well stocked with Postal supplies.

I never go to Oxnard USPS, that place is a real mad house ! You will get all stressed out just trying to get into the parking lot. Only to find lines as bad as boarding a South West flight. More importantly, do you really want your mail post marked from " OXNARD " ?? It's the worst name for town, sounds like a huge ox or cow factory plant, YUCK !

Port Hueneme is a way better name, it's a Shumash Native American name, meaning place of rest. So give your mail some culture and dignity, so I would suggest Port Hueneme every time....

It's Friday afternoon and we needed 5 rolls of Forever stamps and some sheets of $5, 10 and 50 dollar stamps. This full service post office had only 1 roll of forever stamps and only $1 sheets left. The people were nice but whoever runs this place needs to be fired and the office needs to be closed and sold off. What good is a USPS if it doesn't have stamps? This is your tax...

Our mailman Carlos is so great. He's efficient, he's considerate, and he's so friendly! I can tell when another carrier takes his route as they leave the flyers on top of our mailboxes in our complex and they blow all down the breezeway. I also get the wrong mail at times when it's not Carlos....
