The atmosphere was uncomfortable, and the staff, particularly the man behind the counter, was incredibly rude and dismissive. It felt like he considered my presence a bother. To make matters worse, the owner seemed indifferent to this behavior, not showing any concern. Additionally, the vape mods and accessories were overpriced. First off, thanks to all the people there for what they do! Having just recently gotten back into vaping, this was my first stop and I’m glad it was. The staff was not only friendly, outgoing, and more than willing to answer any questions, but were more than knowledgeable and helped catch me up to everything that changed since I last was vaping (about 8-10 years ago). The first time I came to this shop, I was looking for a mod that was small and durable. The employee led me directly to the one that was a perfect fit. This shop feels like you’re at home. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and just damn right awesome. They teach you the basics of everything you need to know about your device and the do’s and don’ts.
