This review is for a specific experience with a specific product. We purchased an ACDelco 2.5 ton rapid lift floor jack for about $200 slightly over a year ago from O Reily's. We used it four times, kept it in a case and it was in perfect condition with no rust or wear. Today we went to use it for the 5th time and the pin that supports the piston snapped making the tool useless. We went to O Reily's to ask what to do as we had a tool in perfect condition and well kept that we now could not use and they advised us as the warrenty is only year there is nothing they could do. They refused to exchange it, refund our money or assist us in anyway. We understand the warrenty is a year. However this device was clearly faulty. There was nothing we did to cause the tool to break and we even took it in to prove that the pin that broke was not due to poor treatment or wear on the tool not having been taken care of. Still no offer to help even though we are regular customers there. We even purchased another tool there earlier this same day. If O Reily's is going to associate with a company that produces faulty products and will not stand by those products on the behalf of their customers it seems they aren't as reliable as we would have hoped esp to loyal customers. We are very disappointed. Please also be warned that this device having a faulty part could have caused and injury as well. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ACDELCO! We contacted the manufacturer of the device as well and just submitting feedback to them proved to be a challenge. Overall a pathetic experience and total...

Read moreI stopped in on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 because I had a dead battery. I was on vacation and I didn't have the correct tools with me so I asked the gentleman at the counter if he'd help me replace a new battery. Of course I was going to buy the battery there. The guy told me he couldn't help me. The store was not busy. He told me it's an issue with resetting the computer on my truck. The computer resets itself so I knew he just didn't want to put in the work. This event is just another reason I always liked Autozone over O'Reilly's.
