This place put my family and my good friend through hell for a week straight. And just like the other comments that are not so good there is a common denominator when it comes to the money, I did not get a proper quote on what needed to be done with my Chihuahua so when I had to leave and go grab more money while they kept my dog. I didn’t make it back in time for them to stay open for me and my dog they closed and then they took my 14 year old Chihuahua to the animal shelter. They told me that I had in Bandan, my dog and that I was no longer allowed in the facility they miles the vet even shut the door on my 81 year old dad‘s foot four different times we were not hostile we just wanted our baby back. So not only did I have to pay a week of housing unit fee at the animal shelter for my dog but she is 14 and now it has really bad separation anxiety and things I’m going to leave her the mental abuse in the emotional abuse that Miles and that his assistant put me through and my family through is absurd and very inhumane very cold, and there’s just way too much bitterness in his vet clinic. He wouldn’t give us his bosses name, nor would he give us his name and I’ve been here for 33 years! I’m a local and this was a disgusting situation on the vet clinics hospitality. My dog hadn’t even tried to bite at them at one point and they muzzled her immediately when she only weighs 6 pounds and is 14 and has no teeth. But gods got them and I got my baby back. Y’all should be ashamed of yourself And there is definitely an ongoing investigation against you guys for...
Read moreThis is a Great place to bring your family pet, definitely by all means, definitely worth waiting whatever time you spend there, have to give a shout out to all who do more and beyond what they have to do :). This place is definitely a “family pet friendly” environment. Can honestly say they don’t see you as money when you walk in the door like other veterinarians/vets I’ve been to in the valley, prices are definitely “economic friendly” considering to other places I’ve visited. And they will honestly tell you the truth of the condition of your pet status and will highly recommend to fixe the issue then and there before it worsens, then having you up and down and setting up follow ups after follow up like other places I’ve gone I give 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to the lady that saved my dog from near death, I’ve never seen my dog so happy and energized like...
Read moreThe sweetest and most professional staff! I’m from Brownsville, but went to the Laguna Madre Humane Society at Port Isabel due to their accessibility and pricing. I took Pinto Beans 🐈⬛ to get spayed and I was blown away by how attentive the staff were. It gave me a great sense of comfort to leave her in their hands. Days after surgery, they were amazing enough to give me a follow up call to check how Pinto Beans was doing. I went again so the vet could check on her to make sure everything was healing correctly and to disregard any infection. As a first timer getting a cat spayed, I was paranoid about the healing process, but they gave me the reassurance that I needed. I was also able to get Pinto Beans some flee preventive and was able to purchase supply for up to 6 months! Needless to say, I’m very pleased and thankful for all they did for Pinto Beans and...
