ALDI — Local services in Port Orange

I love Aldi as a company. I enjoy the unique find and the great prices. Today while checking out the lady was so focused on being speedy she literally was throwing everything into the cart. She threw the bananas and then proceeded to throw things on top of them. When I went around to move them I kindly said “everything is getting thrown on the bananas.” She said “oh we have to be fast. “ Is a speedy checkout worth someone’s fresh fruit being ruined? I’ve been to the NSB and Beville stores and they have no issues setting specific items to the side. I can see what the focus is in the Port Orange store. No one is smiling they are too worried...

I love the new Aldi! The store is spotless, well laid out, and easy to shop. Their Mediterranean salmon is one of my absolute favorites. Today I stopped in and picked up wine, meats, and cheeses—perfect for building a charcuterie board. I also really appreciate the cart system, though I always forget to bring cash since most places are cashless these days. I’ll definitely be keeping an Aldi coin in my car...
