I'm rating this a Three. Simply because of the service I received from the young lady working there. The store is clean and I saw lots of choices for clothes. The issue is the cost of everything! How does it come to be that a shirt can cost upwards of $50.00 ? Rediculous if you ask me. Basic materials and honestly not a good looking shirt. Jogging pants were Nike brand and the price was over $60.00 . Paying for the name brands should be set aside for the Mall and not a neighborhood store. Sorry but I don't shop for the name brands maybe others will find what they want...

Had to do my very 1st ever return to Amazon so Kohls it was. Easiest return ever! One BIG TIP print out the Q-code or label with the scan bars on it. I didn't know that so it took 4ever to get to my Amazon acct to the order to the Qcode. I started the return but stopped when instructed to which was prior to printing anything.
