Visiting grandparents with the bf decided to stop here. The ones by me are just ok. I got the Italian margarita which really surprised me. The bartender who made mine made it nice a strong. We all know I like my drinks strong! It also had a good taste! My bf got the Italian Rum punch. I felt it tasted good... but it wasn't strong in the alcohol department. We both got the chicken parm with salad. I also started with minestrone soup. The soup was ok. Salad tasted the same over the years, Still enjoy the salad! Especially the bread sticks.... dipping them in the salad dressing sauce... MM My problem with the chicken parm has always been the pasta. It is very bland. The chicken gas great flavor but.....the pasta is just eh ok. I always have to ask for extra sauce, because they are super stingy on that haha. Altogether this location is better than the ones I have been to down south!

Wife bought 1/2 gallon of pasta fagioli and 6 bread sticks on Dec. 26, 2022 from store at 5447 S. Williamson Blvd., Port Orange, FL 32128. When I open soup container it was low, see attached picture. Today, 2/17/23 when ordering another 1/2 gallon of pasta fagioli I asked her for 6 free dinner rolls. The person claiming to be the Mgr., Theresa McFarran said, in a very condesending way that she "needed a receipt to do anything". Unfortunately my wife does not have the receipt from 7 weeks ago. I stated I found it funny she did not have the authority to do anything. Before leaving I did advise her that I was going to check with Corporate to see if that was true. Said way to do business if you ask me.

My family and I visited after my daughter's graduation, as we hadn't been back to an OG since before the pandemic. It was a welcoming invite back to normality and the staff was extremely friendly. Sara, our waitress was very patient with our large party and astute to our needs. Never had to ask for any refills, our drinks were always topped-off. She also educated us on OG's $5 to-go meals when we were finished, and at first I was hesitant but decided to go for it and happy we did. We bought 4 of the four-cheese baked ziti meals and ate them for lunch the next day. The Tuscan decor and friendly atmosphere, topped off with delicious food made for a very nice experience on such an import day.

The stars are for the server I believe his name was Josh, the minus 2 are for the establishment. I was seated at a table in the bar for lunch with my 13 yr old. I was passed over to the server working that section, by the bartender,. He wasnt very busy and it aggravated me watching him putz around and not even ask us if we wanted a drink while our server was busy elsewhere. We had been shopping for awhile, I was parched, starving and hungry. As I sat there for about 5 minutes with out a drink order I had time to notice way too much. Those table tablet things literally made me want to run it was so gross. The sun was hitting hard through the blinds next to me and just illuminated every dust partical and greasy finger print for as far as I could see. I ordered a lemonade with mint and strawberries, it's on there cocktail menu, I didn't want the boose, but I sure was charged for it. When the food did finally come out there was absolutely no denying it looked like they popped it in the microwave, lifted the corner to vent for 3 minutes than top off for another 3 minutes, let stand for another 3 minutes, stir... Yuck yuck yuck!! Come on I know yall are franchise and not much if anything is made in house ( most people arnt going there for High quality these days) BUTT.. could you please put some effort into making it look enticing? I took 1 Bite, asked for to go boxes and git out as fast as could, i even tried to cancel my order, but felt bad. I have 3 teenage boys, I figured they're not picky they can have it later ( and I did also order them the ready made TV dinners) and non of them wanted so much as a bread stick. Oh ya I didn't get any to go with my 3 meals I ordered to go. But it ended up being fine, bc It went in the garbage.

Your server was great, he got thrown us. When he saw the host seat us with the bartender, who actually left right after we did, which makes no sense to me. He was still going to be there. I didn't see him have to do any labor intensive side work at that time, oh well he missed out on the 40 cash tip which was about 40% and gets to be apart of this review. I won't use names. I'm sure this won't even be read or cared about. I just hope that if someone in corporate does read this, PLEASE send them to get better training, you lost me for one finale last time, and by the looks of the parking lot and the lack of patrons inside, eventually it will catch up to you. I do have pictures of the nasty I had to sit in and around, i wont post them, im embarrassed for you! Pre- pandemic I still wouldn't of been happy, post pandemic, I'm disappointed these are the people serving my community. I understand why everyone is always sick...

We had the worse restaurant service we have ever experienced. I took my fiancée to Olive Garden for her birthday. After we were seated, it took all of 15 minutes the waitress stop by our table, she took our wine glasses and asked if want a soft drink or water? We both were taken back because she didn't offer us wine or a cocktail. My fiancée ordered tea and me water with lemon. We placed our food order at this time also. 10 minutes later, our salads, bread sticks, and drinks were brought to the table. I posted on FB my fiancées birthday celebration at Olive Garden once our drinks and salads were delivered. We eat the salads and after 31 minutes our waitress never came back to check on us or to remove our salad bowl or plates. I waved our waitress over to the table, and I politely asked her to check on us more often. She replied, no one has never told me that before, and she was taken back. I apologized to her because no one told her that before, and then she huffed off. She came back to our table a couple minutes later, with our food, and she said very disrespectfully "If you like, I can have my manager come by your table and you can tell here how horrible the service is". I/we were shocked and taken back about her comment. `I said no..... and I just asked you to stop by our table more often. About another three minutes later, she came back with water and tea rudely reached over our plates to refill our drinks with saying pardon my reach. If I didn't move my head back, she would have hit my face. We hurried up and eat, then we checked out at table kiosk. I left her a 15% tip, even though she didn't deserve it.

As we were leaving we stopped by the hostess table and asked to speak with the manager Kelly. We spoke to her in the breezeway, and after telling her the above, she apologized and said she always gets positive feedback about her service, and maybe she's just having a bad day. She offered us a olive Garden gift card, and we respectfully declined the offer. We weren't looking for compensation, we just don't want another customer have a horrible experience like we had. She apologized again, and we said thank you and then we left. We both knew why the waitress provided us horrible service after speaking the manager. The manager failed to express concern for the horrible service, she only apologized. She should have said, service like this is not acceptable, and when she apologized to us, it should have been expressed with sincerity.

We will never eat at Olive Garden again, and if they continue to provide a poor customer experience, they will join the ranks of the other failing or...

Walked in probably 20 mins to close to share a quick bite and drink with a coworker after a long shift. First I’d like to say we are both servers. So its fun when the shoes on the other foot when going out to see what kind of server we are gonna get. We only ordered a few small things, as we werent gonna be those guests that come in last min, and make everyone have to start closing procedures later. The server “Hailey”that came to our table was very polite and had a pleasant vibe. Even complimented my shirt. She got our drink orders, I ordered an Ultra which she did ID me for. Also some of my favorite soup. She brought us some bread sticks to share, and upsold us on a dipping sauce for them. Described it to the tee. Loved it honestly. The check was brought by which i had her wait to collect payment as i knew they were closing and i was sure she was ready to do her cash out. After collecting payment we got into conversation and it came up that in fact she isnt a server but a hostess. Which I was a bit shocked to find out because she explained that we were her first table she has served on. In my eyes she followed through with all steps of service, and i can have some high standards for when im being waited on because of the service I provide when i serve tables. I expect the same, at the same time im understanding if things go south. What had me was she was flawless in her steps of service, her confidence, and her personality, for us being her first table she served. Hailey is 1000% server material and should be promoted immediately. Im sure she is a great host, and i know how finding host can be an issue, but she definitely needs to be on the floor. The fact she attempted an upsale on her first table!? i have a hard enough time trying to explain to my vet server coworkers to upsale on everything and anything when possible. I dont know why the host served us, but from what i heard there were no servers available or on, but for her to be there available should say enough. Only reason I gave four stars is because there wasnt a server on, and a host had to serve us and that host should be a server. You’ll get my fifth star when I come back and Hailey has some...
