PC Doctorz — Local services in Port Orange

Vito Cristallo is one of the most computer proficient technicians that I have ever known. I recently purchased a desktop computer from P C Doctors and the customer service was excellent. Each aspect of the computer was explained prior to the sale. Upon agreeing to purchase the computer; I was asked to bring in all of the components to the shop where Vito could connect them and explain how everything worked when I picked it up. This level of customer service is impossible to find in a Big Box store. I know that the value and service I received were excellent. I would highly recommend P C Doctors for anyone needing computer repair or a new computer. Most importantly, I am confident that if I ever have a question or problem with the computer, that Vito would most certainly work with me until all issues were solved.

I was still using Window 7 and having significant problems when I got a prompt that I needed to replace my battery on my Toshiba Satellite. I asked a friend who owns a cell phone business in Port Orange if he knew of anyone who worked on computers. He immediately recommended PC Doctorz in Port Orange.

They did a magnificent job converting my laptop to Windows 10 with a solid state hard drive, it is so much better than it has ever bin.

The screen died on this computer after several years of continuous use, so Dr. Z sold me a new state of the art Lenovo complete with all the bells and whistles including Windows Pro and a solid state hard drive. Fantastic! Dr. Z is the BEST!

We also took another, newer Toshiba to him that already had windows 10, but was prone to lock up at the most frustrating times. He refurbished it also and now it works better than when it was new.

I was shopping for a new laptop and a neighbor told me about PC Doctorz. This was the best referral I can imagine. Vito knows all about computers and he is so willing to tell you about them. BUT the most important thing is he really knows what he is talking about. AND he delivers. Vito described the process he does to make your computer work better than any other. And then he makes sure you have what you need and that you can use it. I could not be happier. This laptop is exactly what I wanted and it doesn't have more than I need. VIto provided me with exactly what I needed on a laptop and when I needed one more thing he said "No problem, bring it in and I will fix it"". And he did.
