Been shopping here for years and always had a pleasant experience. Unfortunately today was the complete opposite. Ester was extremely rude! I was checking out with my family and she seemed annoyed by our large order today. She snapped at me for asking if they had paper bags instead of plastic. It surprised me and I said that. I usually bring my own but due to covid I opt for paper. My sister said oh they have boxes. Which is a great alternative to plastic. I don’t know if it was the fact that was all we’re wearing masks and this set her off or if she was mad she’d was going to be inconvenienced to have to load the groceries into the boxes. she then got upset with me for placing my smoothie that I bought there in the wrong place and proceeded to move it with the coffees we got as well. noticing her annoyance and attitude one of us asked her if there is something we did wrong to make her upset with us and that’s when she got passive aggressive. She replied oh hunny this isn’t rude. Implying she could care less about the terrible service she was giving us. I asked her what her name was and she wouldn’t respond as her name tag was flipped over. I then asked another employee for her name which she told me was Ester. Ester then rang a bell for a manager to come over. Once the manager arrived the first thing out of Esters mouth to the manager was I wasn’t rude to them! Sounds like we may not be the first people to complain about her. It’s unfortunate bc I used to enjoy shopping at this small business but with employees like Ester make it difficult to want to return.

Stopped in this afternoon. Haven't been in the store in a couple years. Really a nice little store. I did get a fresh raw ginger shot from the smoothie station in the back. I love how everything is so clean and immaculately organized in this store. They have a good size pharmacy area with supplements and vitamins and such. There's also a decent selection of some produce as well as snacks and bakery items you can get. Staples like bottled water and juice is here. They have a really cute area to sit. If you are stopping for a smoothie or a small snack. Inside our tables and chairs. I've attached pictures as well as three good size picnic tables outside beside the building surrounded by beautiful greenery foliage. I'll have to come more often. I was definitely pleased with my visit today. I've attached pictures of each aisle and I do realize you can't see clearly everything that's there, but it'll give you an idea of some of the things offered here. Oh, also, they have a couple child size shopping carts that I think are so adorable for your children to use while shopping. I did add a picture of those.

I entered the Port Orange location at 5:50pm on a Tuesday, it says on the door that they close at 7pm. We were constantly bothered by the staff to get out of their way so they could clean the floor. At the end, they decided to mop the veggie area leaving the floor absurdly wet and my toddler had a terrible fall hitting her head on the children’s shopping cart. Clearly they made the priory of them not having to clean the store after closure. They thought that going home early was a bigger priory than keeping costumers safe. I am NEVER going back.

Terrible customer service. The general manager Chelsea was very argumentative while I'm trying to make a complaint with her, not sympathizing with me at all. This was my first visit here, expecting it to be very pleasant because it's an organic grocery store located in a nice neighborhood. Around closing time, a young male janitor was mopping the floors, not a single wet floor sign posted throughout the store. Big safety hazard. So anyway, he rudely sucked his teeth at me multiple times throughout the store while blatantly stopping and staring at me. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable, as you can imagine. I was just minding my business and shopping...for anyone reading this who may be wondering if i had provoked his behavior. Chelsea did not see it as an act of aggression. It didnt really concern her much at all, in terms of my safety. Very unprofessional with me on the phone for a GM. I'm very scared to go back. I don't know what kind of people they hire here. Seems like a change in management is needed as well. When I asked her if he went through a background check she said that she's not able to give any information about her employees. She stated they dont need to go through background checks. Wow! that's frightening knowing there could be felons roaming...

Very upset by the lack of concern over customers here nowadays. I’ve been a regular for quite a few years here but I’ve noticed over the last year especially how little attention is being given to customer service by the register staff and by the manager. Today I came in late morning and it seemed to be a little busy a young lady named Kaitlyn was at the register but a line had formed, another young lady who is new I believe came and took over the register for her but instead of opening the second lane Kaitlyn told her to ring the bell for somebody else and walked away! Leaving a line full of customers to wait so she could go put a hand full of chips on the shelf. The young girl, Cara I believe, did ring the bell but nobody came and a few moments later Kaitlyn finally opened the second register. Obviously annoyed by having to do so. No regard for the people left waiting on her. This is only the experience I had today, there have been plenty of others where I felt brushed off and unvalued.. I used to love shopping here, but the store has lost its personal touch. The staff working the front is cold and careless. I never leave reviews especially for small locations, but I feel something needs to be said for this business before they lose even more loyal patrons...
