Agape Boba Tea Jensen Beach — Restaurant in Port Saint Lucie

I walked in with 3 of my kids who are boba fanatics. We have visited many, if not almost every store up and down the coast. Today we decided to give fruits from heaven a shot.

We were not greeted and did not feel welcomed at all. The first thing we see is a sign that said “NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES” which should have been a warning sign from the start. But, being a server, I understand that sometimes customers can be difficult to deal with, so we gave them the benefit of the doubt.

We asked simple questions and every response was short and cold leaving me to think that he was not very knowledgeable. After waiting over 20 minutes (mind you, we were the only ones there) they placed the drinks on the counter and walked alway without saying a word. The boba was milky and melting, the smoothies were watery and tasteless. Even my 7 year old stated that it taste expired. I’m fact, everything we purchased tasted old and disgusting. We spent almost 40 dollars and not one of us were able to take more than one sip. We threw them away and respectfully walked away.

I usually don’t write negative reviews because as business owners we understand that sometimes things aren’t perfect. However, not only were we not treated professionally, but two of my kids are currently sitting at home with a stomach ache and I’m not feeling the greatest myself.

Hopefully they see this and fix the issue. But, from my experience today, I don’t think they are customer service oriented and do not see them getting any...

I am so glad there is a new dessert place like this that is close by. I don't have to go to west palm beach or fort lauderdale anymore. The first thing you will notice when you walk in is the gigantic menu. It range from the healthy to not so healthy options. From tea to coffee, from smoothies to desserts. From fruits you know to pick fruits you have never heard of before. Jon and his wife are the friendliest people! And they can customize your drinks however you like if possible, you just have to ask! There is a membership for $25 to get a free T-shirt with a Bible scripture on the back, what a great way to spread the words of God. You will also get one free drink that day. Along with a free drink on your birthday, and 10% off on all future purchases, and 20% off on purchases on Tuesday. And future drink coupons (probably will be sent via email) I got the dessert D2, the special combo. It was well balanced, so many different textures and flavors in one cup. Yeah, it is not as healthy as your kale smoothies, but it tasted great, and I have no regrets! The place also have wifi so it can be a cool place to hangout with friends after school/work. I will definitely return to try more items on...

EDIT (june 2023): we used to come here nearly every week, but now we only come maybe once a month due to the downgrade in quality of the drinks and service. the past maybe four times the smoothies have been watery, with less flavor, and today i was left waiting over 20 minutes for my two smoothies after i had already waited a while for the employees to notice me before ordering. people who came in after i did and ordered smoothies after i did literally got their drinks before me. i know people have bad days, but i always tip, am polite, and have never complained or gave staff any reason to provide a low level of service. i honestly can’t recommend this place anymore until the owner comes back, which makes me sad as you can see my previous raving review below from seven months ago.
