Thai pho now — Restaurant in Port Saint Lucie

This will be my first EVER review and probably my last but I think it’s important that everyone knows of this place before they enter. I am honestly highly disappointed in the overall customer service/ food of this place. It’s a nice little area, no complaints about that, I feel that first impressions are always great. After waiting a while before my order was even taken the lady/owner was trying to rush me and in a very aggressive tone she told me to hurry up. I was shocked and questioned wether or not I should just walk out. The prices are great and I was excited to see that I don’t have to pay over $13 for pho but honestly you LITERALLY get what you pay for. At first I was thrown off by the smell of the soup, but thought I should just try it, maybe it taste better than it smells. Well it was honestly the worst by far, that I’ve had. I honestly don’t think I’ll have pho again any time soon. This place kind of ruined it for me. Overall I think I was just disappointed in the treatment this lady gave me. As a company owner you should try to gain clientele not scare them away. She literally gave me anxiety, I have never gotten treated like this before. Oh oh oh and let me not forget, so this young man walked in while I was waiting on my food. So she brought out an order, which I thought was mine, so I get up, and this lady yelled at me to sit down then she tells me “this is not yours, you have a big order do you really think it’s ready, why did you get up?” So I said “ sorry for the confusion, if it’s not my food, it’s okay, I’m not mad”. I’m not good with confrontation, so at this point believe me I wanted to run out of there. I was so...

Ok today. Just a few minutes ago was the worst experience i have ever had here. I am a normal weekly customer. Meaning at least 1 x a week a order lunch or dinner. Never had an issues. Today i call in my order for pick as normal since the rona. But this time i didn t have the menu. The male that took order was someone helpful and got my order for me. When picking up older female had my order ready but started rudely commenting a order has to be $10 or more. So i said ok i ll order 1 more thing and requested a diffrent dippy for my stuff. She ran in back seem very upset and came back. Slammed on counter and went on about $10. Well in reality my purchase was $11 dollors and change. I was willing to add to order to not be a inconvenience. She continued to raise her voice at me. So then i even said just add $10 extra to bill so i can leave and get out your way. She countine to go on about dont oder unless $10 or more. Try owning a business tuese days. We can t afford. I apologized multiple time explain over n over had no menu in car, would pay extra just to make things better. Nope. It s really sad because i really liked that place. And now i will not return and just drive a bit futher to tue next pho place. I understand times are hard. And some days are harder then others. But don t take it out on a repeated costumer that actually tried to work with you and was a big fan of your place. Sad but wont return...

First time going there a couple of weeks ago and I was surprised by how I was greeted or lack there of; the lady behind the cash wrap (maybe the owner) didn't bother to say hi or welcome or how may I help you? Instead she rushed me to place my order and was overall quite rude; I was even polite enough to explain to her it was my first time and I was ordering to-go for three people. She seemed not to care and was like "hurry I have other customers!" and something about having to go in the kitchen. In any other situation, I would have given her a piece of my mind and walked out but I was hungry and so were the other people I was ordering for. Plus, I wanted to see if she would eventually show some effort providing good customer service. But she failed to do that and next time she spoke to me was to ask me if I wanted to pay now. The bill was $25.52 for a Pho (was ok), Tom yum soup (the person who I ordered this for said it was terrible; old veggies and not tasty), and chicken green curry (not tasty, not spicy enough the coconut milk overpowered the dish). I didn't even get time to take pix because we ended up discarding most of it. Overall, I won't recommend here to anyone. I love international foods and cuisine but this place isn't going to see me again. Good luck though. Hope your experience is far more better and...
