Just got my cars ball joints, tie rods, steering idler arm all replaced. Was told I needed to get all these replaced before I got an alignment and they were right and they did a great job doing all this. HOWEVER, this place is very very corporate. I first go in just to get my alignment then the guy calls me within 30 min saying they can’t do any of it until they replace ball joints, tie rods, steering idler arm. Quoted me at $1173 and I figured it out to get the money to pay it and I was happy to pay this to get my car running. But then I pull up to pay and then Nick tells me “oh wait we forgot to add some parts” telling me it’s now going to be $1350. He sees that I’m frustrated and I ask for $1300 since he quoted me lower and we both agreed. They get my car and work on it the whole next day. In the middle of the day they call me again saying they forgot two bolts they needed to charge me so it’s going to be an extra $78(I have a feeling they did this because they just wanted that $50 I asked for off) . But I had just earned rewards of $120 and was told I could use the points on the 2nd so I ain’t tripping at all. Comes February 2nd and I come to pay, keep in mind I have already paid for everything to be replaced and the alignment ($1300). I go up to the counter thinking I can use my points because that’s what the mechanic said but then when I ask they tell me “no you’re going to have to wait until the 8th” so then I could ask if they could work with me to where I can have them hold my vouchers so that I can just pay it on the 8th rather than pulling another $78 I don’t have. It would’ve really helped me and I probably would come back but instead these guys tell me they would have to hold my car until the 8th if I wanted to do that. You really think I’m not going to come back and pay the $78 after paying $1300?!?! Come on as a business, you work with people to make them happy , especially when you know they aren’t lying. The aisle J1 is not marked and no one knew why or where it was so different - very kind al- people sent me walking to different places in the store 2. After about 45 minutes, customer service radioed someone to look for the item 3. Second customer service person finally got a hold of someone who could look only to find that the item was out of stock and not in the inexistent J1 aisle. 4. Finally determine d that the person in charge of the section where the item should have been was “out to lunch” for an -also unknown- amount of time. 5. Finally - due to an emergency- had to buy a more expensive item ($249 instead of $219) wasted an entire hour. The folks on the floor trying to be helpful but unable / not empowered to do anything “I don’t know why J1 / I don’t know why it’s not labeled / I don’t know why the inventory system is not accurate … clearly no one in charge on site but managed by an entity elsewhere who equips the store team poorly.
I love the store, clean deer dust than Lowe’s or Home Depot do what you can find here but unless you know where to go, be ready to spend a long time there and possibly get a like item b it not the one you are looking for.

Read moreI love this store and customer service is usually excellent, but I placed an order yesterday for delivery and am just livid at the way it was delivered today!! I am handicapped and ordered 9 bags of kitty litter that are 20lbs each. They had a good sale so I ordered a lot so that I could get them delivered for free and not have to lift them all into my car and carry all of them up the 5 steps on my porch to my front door. Well, I was away at time of delivery and arrived home to find all of them on the bottom two steps of my front porch!! The delivery person didn't even bother to carry a single one of them up a single step!! They were just thrown into my porch steps!! So now I will have to lug 9 20lb bags up 5 steps PLUS carry them into my house! I am very disappointed in this delivery service! A month ago I ordered a large amount of canning jars and they were actually shipped to my home, and were ALL CARRIED UP THE 5 STEPS AND PLACED NEAR MY FRONT DOOR!! There were several large, heavy boxes but that delivery driver did a great job. I am appalled that this local delivery person cared so little about doing a good job! Also the way they were left laying right on my front steps at the bottom, anyone could have assumed I didn't want them and just taken them! We have lots of porch pirates stealing people's packages and deliveries around here. I am so upset about this!! Do better BLAINES...
