I visited Spectrum. The guy who helped me was not a nice guy, he did his job but as to customer service he gets a D. I exchanged a bad cable box ok and then wanted to review my cable and internet service, he wouldn't do that. He suggested I call. So I'm standing in the office and he wants me to back out to the parking lot and call,...

Target employees are not polite. They can't even say excuse me. Let the lady with the cane move way out of her way for you to be rude. Going down a main aisle we both should fit. Even if you have bigger cart. The other employees ignore you. The only nice person was the greeter and...
