Completely disappointed. Ordered 1 'Ours' berry cheesecake and 1 'Everybody's' with coconut, pecans, brownies, walnuts, chocolate shavings and caramel.

First there was a note from them telling us to contact Ubereats for a refund on the 'Ours' because they were out of cheesecake. Disappointing, but no big and the refund went through fine. I really should have opened the second container before I requested a refund, because I did not receive what I ordered in the one that they actually did send along. It was missing pecans, caramel, AND brownies! How do you miss HALF the ingredients?

They were literally missing 75% of our order, and we had to pay 75% for the 25 that they DID provide, and there has been no help in requesting a refund for a second item within the same order. We used to like Coldstone, and this was supposed to be a treat for us, but instead it was an experience that we will most likely avoid...

I ordered a birthday cake 24 hours ahead of time, when we came to pick it up at the time stated we were told the cake wasnt finished. No manager was present and the employees werent able to contact anyone for help. So not only were we not able to solve the situation, we had no cake for the birthday boy on his birthday. they told us to pick it up the next day, which really defeats the purpose of a birthday cake. The manager was still not present the next day, when we finally managed to get the cake. EDIT: The owner swiftly reached out to us and had apologized and explained what went wrong and had compensated for our troubles. When you want a nice dessert, you may want to consider anywhere else but this particular establishment. I walked in the door looked the display of candied apples. Since I was bent over, the young lady didn't see and turned to head back to the back of the store. I waited over 5 minutes and heard nothing but high school gossip. There was no attempt to check on me (the customer). After waiting for service I left. I contacted the store and spoke with the franchise owner and while we may disagree on the service level of the employees. I will NOT ever spend a dime here....
