I went there looking for panties, I always get XS, and you get a price discount if you buy 5. They used to have the displays of styles in all the sizes, but now all that were displayed were M. In the drawers under the displays which are supposed to be separated by size and style, there were jumbled messes of all sizes and styles, making it a royal pain to look through. Some of the drawers were empty. After looking through ALL the drawers, I found a total of 9 XS panties--that's it. No employee offered to help me look. When I finally found 2 I liked and 3 more I could deal with, I went into the area with all the perfume and lotion. I found a tester for a cologne I was interested in, but I could only tell by smelling the bottle because it was completely empty. After looking around for a long time for stock of this cologne, I finally asked an employee where it was. She told me that all they knew of was a different scent and that they may have just sold the last bottle of the one I wanted, she didn't know. Zero attempt on her part to go look for it. I also found another cologne that I was interested in by the smell of the bottle only because it was also completely empty, and a third tester that had no apparent stock. This is the most frustrated I have ever been trying to give a store my money! Absolutely awful...

Coming from someone who has no joke-no lie over 100 pair of these underwear I will be the first to tell you the sizing chart is not realistic! So many different styles to chose from and they all fit differently! Being that you have to first wash the underwear before you try them on or if you do try them on you need to usually wear them for a couple hours first before knowing if they will fit or not and not being able to return them could put a hurtin on the wallet. I'm not saying that VS is wrong for this,. Ut at the same time there sizing chart needs to be reviewed in my opinion , not all styles fit the same and there sizing charts should not be the same for every style. Same goes for bras, I need a day at least to know if that bra is going to work for me, after you wear it you can't take it back. There bras are amazing! Don't get me wrong, but for the prices and not being able to return them after wear makes it hard for me to want to shop here , if prices were not so high for everything I wouldn't mind. But something has got to give! It's like gambling! Take the risk if your willing to gamble your hard earned money away! Good luck and happy...

I am a loyal customer at this location and today had a poor experience! No one asked if I needed any help and I really could have used it. I was shopping for panties and had a hard time finding my size. The only thing any sales associate said to me was to ask if I had a bag because the alarm had went off. Obviously I had no bag because I was struggling to hold ten pairs of panties! It sure would’ve been nice if someone offered me a bag to put my items I wanted. When I was checking out, the cashier didn’t even ask if anyone helped me out. Yet I heard the cashier next to mine ask her customer. I was in this store yesterday and didn’t have these issues. So...
