I would give a zero if that were an option. I’ve been getting my medicine here for well over a decade. The service has dramatically declined since Covid. I don’t know if there’s a direct correlation or not. Most people go through the drive through for their medication because they feel it should be quicker than going inside the store or because they have health issues. I use the drive through for both reasons. I’ve gone at various times during the day and the wait time to get your medicine is no less than 10 minutes. One time, after seeing the drive through line out to the road, I went into the store thinking it would be faster-nope…… the wait time was even longer!! Staff are always rushed and running around in a frenzied state. It’s obvious they aren’t staffed adequately and I see that as a safety issue being they dispense medicine. Today I waited in line, again for 10 minutes and probably longer, as the staff SLOWLY instructed someone in their car how to do a Covid test, repack it, etc. Shouldn’t that be done inside the store in that cubby office they have for flu shots? So I finally get my turn only to be told my meds weren’t ready….the ones I ordered a refill on Thursday, and it now being Saturday!! They said they were short staffed because of the holiday. So now I have to wait another 15 minutes to refill my meds that I requested days ago!! I’m slowly transitioning my meds to Walmart pharmacy. Yes you have to go in the store, but my wait time there has thus far been less than three minutes EACH visit. Save yourself the time and frustration and take your business...

Really tacky and poor customer service. The pharmacy crew is usually very pleasant though, on a positive note...have to add to this because I just had another horrible experience with this store! Came inside the store looking for luggage tags or something similar so I asked the rep at the front register named Angela. She told me they would be in aisle 20 if they had them and pointed to the back wall. I asked, "by the back wall"? And she proceeded to walk over to the aisle, clearly annoyed that she had to actually move, and pointed to the aisle saying in slow motion "this is an aisle"....extremely rude and obnoxious.
