I had the absolute pleasure of interfacing with Christopher when he covered for the Madison West store, and I went in to exchange my nieces broken switch. He was able to pull up my coverage plan and expertly assisted us through the whole process, all the while educating and answering questions about what my coverage plan options were. I ended up leaving that day with a new switch OLED for my niece (who was with me) and Christopher did an amazing job on hyping her up on her limited edition Pokemon package. She was so extremely excited and will surely remember this for years to come. Christopher is such an amazing asset to this the GameStop brand. Especially in times like these, people like him are the RAREST find in retail - folks who still bring back the old school magic of a brick and mortar store. Best GameStop experience I have personally had (and I've been shopping since their sign said EB Games).

Got over charged for a bundle on their website the bundle was for 2 xbox one wireless controller bundle priced at $59.99 price at checkout said $63.29 clicked checkout and next thing you know i got charged $63.29 twice and charged full price for 2 pre-owned controllers that had a bundle price of $59.99 this isn't the first time I have had an issue with gamestop but it will be my last I am requesting a full refund for their websites blunder I only wanted the bundle if it was for $59.99 don't trust them. Dont trust these people They sent me a PS4 Pro that wasnt tested sounded like a jet airplane out the box! A controller that was gold all scuffed up and sticky with a grey computer cord that was 2ft long. The unit should come with a 10ft black cord and a black controller.
