608 Nutrition is a favorite place of mine! The teas are always delicious and give me such a boost of energy to tackle my days! The shakes are also delicious, my personal favorite is the Banana Caramel Shake, but I have enjoyed several other flavors too! I have also enjoyed the smoothie bowl and it tastes as good as it looks! But beyond everything always exceeding my expectations, I truly enjoy being present in this place, it feels like home! I love taking my kids to 608 Nutrition after we are finished with our homeschool week. My daughter and I are hooked on the puppy chow shakes and my son loves the tea that tastes like cotton candy….(I love sneaking out by myself for some “self care” and enjoying a bit of peace and quiet away from home for a bit also). 😊 The staff is always so friendly. They know our “usuals”, and we feel like we’ve walked through the door of a friend’s house when we arrive.
