Pizza Ranch — Restaurant in Portage

I can’t believe the owners allow their restaurant to run and look the way it does! We called ahead to make sure it was ok to come. That was a mistake. We went in and settled down to eat. Promised our 2 and 4 year olds they could play the dinosaur game when they finished eating. When we went to get food it was horrible. The worst I’ve seen ever in a restaurant! We tried to eat but couldn’t. We asked if they would at least make fresh chicken and was told no that the fryers are already off. So I asked to speak to the manager when she came out I asked her if she would eat this and she said no to everything I pointed to. I asked her why she would make us eat it then. She laughed and asked if we want fresh chicken made after we were already told no. I asked for a refund and she wanted to give us gift tickets. We said no they can refund our cash. My wife asked why they just didn’t tell us not to come and she laughed at her to. My wife asked how long she has been a manager and she said less then a month and obviously the owners trust her enough to run it. My wife asked her how old she was and she said “ That’s none of your DAMN business”. I quoted this because that was her exact words. At that point we had enough. So as my kids are crying because they couldn’t play the dinosaur game she went in the back and started talk bad about us to her coworkers loudly. Thanks. We used to go to the Reedsburg location often when we lived there and well it’s like to different places. Until this is taken care of I’ll keep my money and go somewhere else and tell people the quality of food is sickening and the management is rude and uses profanity towards...

If I could I would give this place zero stars. Ordered a meal tonight. Waited almost two hours for our food and when we finally did get it the whole order wasn't there and then they fed us some lies and bologna about how they were so busy and if we wanted our soda and the plates we asked for we would have to come pick it up or wait an entire hour to get the rest of our order. We are staying in a hotel for the night. How are we supposed to eat our food with no plates. The worker and manager were awful and all they would offer us is a five dollar credit for a 92.00 Order. The manager had noting but excuses and the delivery man lied to us. He said he would bring the soda and plates back and now We are being told it will be qn hour or we have to pick it up. They have thEE —[[★;;BEST;;★]]— customer service upon arrival & throughout the entire lunch with the the FAM !! —Not sure if he's the manager or not... but I'm assuming he was... Wish I could remember his name, ugh 🥺! He's extremely hospitable, charming, overzealous, happy & a really personable nice guy! You can really tell it comes from his heart (not just your run of the mill customer service voice/personality lol). He made my entire family laugh & it made for a very happy atmosphere to share with family! Personally, I walked out full to the brim from their delicious assortment of specialty pizzas + desserts 😋🤤.. He "paid it forward" to my uncle Kevin (VET)...
