Aria Classic Dry Gin — Local services in Portland

The gin is fantastic. The mixers and bar supplies they sell are overall well priced. Service was great though space at the bar is very limited. There could definitely be some improvements: $15 for a “cocktail flight” of 6 is a nice price however it’s not a cocktail flight, it’s more of 2 sips of a premade cocktail and in a wine glass, not even nicely presented the bar is very small so if you come for just the tasting and it’s a busy weekend, you have to stand around until people are done the lack of space and having no seats makes the experience feel rushed, like they are more so interested in selling you on something then having you...

Aria is some very solid gin... I enjoy it straight - it simply tastes good.

Admittedly they had a citrus oriented concoction back in I think December 2013 - which blew my brains out... from which they oriented towards a more "balanced" product. HOWEVER, what is wrong with having TWO products??????

I do know these guys are "scientists" - they have a whole wall devoted to every release...to review...
