I really can't say enough about the experience I had at Fiina buying my fiancé's rings, but I'm sure gonna try.

We had traveled to Portland for contract work and were only there temporarily. Our contracts were rather unpredictable and we weren't sure how long we'd be staying in Portland, but what I did know was that I was going to propose before we left.

My fiance and I had been through Fiina before and had a good experience browsing their limited but stylish collection. We shopped around a bit at a number of other fine jewelers, who showed us extravagant designs with equally extravagant pricing. What brought us back to Fiina was not only the subtle and classic designs, but their more than reasonable costs compared to their competition.

So once I knew exactly what my bride to be wanted, I started hatching a plan to develop the custom rings with the sales manager Kelly helping me along the way. She and I communicated back and forth about the exact designs to make sure it was perfect.

Then, came the wrench in my plan. We expected to be extending our contracts but unfortunately, that didn't happen and there was no work left for us in Portland. We would have to return home to the Midwest weeks before I anticipated, and before the custom rings were finished. I frantically hatched a plan with the Fiina team, as I was still going to propose before we left.

These people BENT OVER BACKWARDS to make this ridiculous plan of mine work. Without going into the gritty details and making this review a novel, the proposal was a success. The custom jewelry wouldn't be finished before our return home, so Kelly provided updates until they were finally complete. AND THEN, once they were ready to be shipped, Kelly covered shipping and insuring costs!

As you can see, the rings are absolutely stunning. There literally isn't any other way our experience at Fiina could have been better. This is the pinnacle of customer service and what every retailer should strive to emulate.

Ali even took the time to send me a direct vendor link when the shop didn’t carry my size. Who does that anymore? Essentially, Ali seals the deal: her authenticity, enthusiasm, and eye for styling reflect the values of a brand that truly gets it. She's one of those rare retail professionals you never forget: sharp, kind, and full of local insight. Her outreach made me feel more like a friend than a customer, and that’s something algorithms and online carts simply can’t replicate. One thousand out of ten would work with Betsy & Iya again. Partnering with them to design our custom wedding rings was the most rewarding decision we made in planning for our wedding. Neither my husband or I had ever endeavored a custom jewelry project before and weren't sure what to expect - y'all, they made everything so easy and fun!!
