Cascade Health Care - *Office for Online Order Pick Up Only* — Local services in Portland

Since I posted this, the company has changed ownership. The general manager Jess Cassady contacted me and asked how they could make it right. I was very impressed but still little sceptic because of my first experience... but he has been great! He found the cables that were missing to the oximeter and has shipped them out to me. It has been so positive that I plan to buy another unit from Cascade, and I never thought I would say that! Thanks Jess, for changing a sour experience into a great one!!

I should have looked at the reviews before ever buying something from this company. We spent almost $700 on an oximeter that had a vital cable missing. I sent multiple emails with pictures that got nowhere and then were never answered, I finally called and got a hold of "Kristy" . She was extremely rude and kept talking over me and then eventually hung up on me. I sent another email to ask a manager to help me, but I would tell everyone to look somewhere else and not use these people. I needed this oximeter for my 1 year old grandson who had major heart surgery and what came is useless without the main cable. I live in San Antonio, TX -- 1.8+ million people -- and, until I came across Cascade Health Care, Inc. (located in Portland, OR), I was having difficulty finding "MADE IN THE U.S." syringes and needles by stopping at the local pharmacy (where I had gotten them for years), and even as direct orders from my pharmacy (THAT may cause me to change pharmacies!!). Not sure about other folks but I also discovered the quality of the Chinese needles being made available left a LOT to be desired (BIGGEST complaint is that the damned things were poorly sharpened if sharpened at all). Then along came Cascade Health Care. They had what I was looking for at a VERY DECENT price with quick delivery. Thank you VERY MUCH.

Worth 5 stars in my book and honorable mentioning to friends and family that also use syringes and needles in their daily battle with this thing...

This company is a complete joke. I would caution anybody thinking about making a purchase here to go to Steeles or any other available vendor. We purchased a gift card worth $400 to help a member of our family in medical school purchase the equipment she needed and when she went to buy the package she needed it wasn’t available. Steeles had it for $220 less than these guys. They didn’t have it in stock. They were less than helpful in figuring out a way to help her. We were told to just purchase it there and then figure out what to do with the gift card because they won’t refund it. The CS rep told us to just find something else and buy it from them.
