Cascade Paddle Boards — Local services in Portland

Has anyone been able to get a hold of this company recently? I bought a groupon, read amazing reviews, and have not for the life of me been able to get a hold of anyone here. I am disappointed and unsure as to why I have yet to hear back from them... Not only am I unable to get in contact with them, but the prices listed on groupon that show the "deal" you're getting did not accurately reflect the prices on their website. It looks like you are getting a better deal than you really are... It is still a slight discount, so I'm not too bothered, but all of it together just left a bad taste in my mouth. There are four of us that bought this groupon and are experiencing this. Does anyone have an alternate way to contact this company? I have called the two phone numbers listed online as well as sent them a facebook message. Their business says that it is open and operating so there is no reason this should be happening. I hope this situation is resolved so that I can rate higher, but until then this has been...

My boyfriend treated me and our two dogs to a SUP boarding adventure and we had a wonderful time! There was only a small fee for the dogs to join us (because they definitely scuff up the boards a little bit) and the owner was very accommodating. There is a small beach nearby and a secret area in the middle of the river where you can hang out with your pup (or without). The boards were very stable. Great place for beginners to try out the sport.

My recommendation to the company is to have dedicated boards meant for people who want to bring their dogs because here in Portland we love to take our animals everywhere. I think this could bring him a ton...

We reserved a paddle board online for noon on a Friday (two hours after they were supposed to open) and no one showed. After waiting 30 minutes, we had still seen no one. We placed several calls and left a message asking if anyone would eventually show up. This company had already charged my card for the rental but didn’t respond to any of my messages. Very unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone. Definitely find somewhere else along the river...
