This store has terrible service. I’ve noticed the scratches on some of the furniture as well. They don't know how to treat customers with basic respect. We purchased many pieces of furniture from that store - from bedroom to living room sets over the past few years.
Recently, we wanted to make an exchange, we were told to speak with the owner, we did but he wouldn't give us a valid answer. A simple YES or NO!
They kept stalling us for two weeks, every time we would call the store the sales reps would tell us he's either not there or he will call us back, which he never did. We had to go to the store personally and when we arrived we had to wait two hours just to speak with him.
They didn't acknowledge our existence and/or presence; he made no attempt at communication and avoided eye contact. The owner treated us with a complete lack of respect.
Instead of dealing with his customers, he was socializing with his close friend about their childhood life – VERY RUDE! We asked kindly if we could speak with him, he said yes after “I'm done with the other person.”
After patiently waiting two hours, the store had already been closed, finally his friend decided to leave. The owner didn't have any other choice but to speak to us. He asked what we're doing there so late as if he didn't even notice we came there two hours ago waiting for him.
Anyway, long story short, we spoke with him...he demanded a photo of the bed and the receipt; luckily I had that with me. Then he said, I can't give you an answer tonight I'm already closed, you came so late…I will have to call you back tomorrow.
Are you serious? I was not happy with that answer, I asked him right then and there if he could simply give me a YES or NO! I did not want to waste my time anymore waiting for them to get back to me.
Then, he said "ABSOLUTELY NO." I said thank you and let him know there would be no need for him to continue to stall me, lie or make...

I want to share that the staff Karolina and Anastasia demonstrated what “excellence” in customer service is, they were professional and knowledgeable to help find that perfect pieces I was looking for. The whole experience was really just easy breezy and didn't feel pressured into something I wasn’t interested in. The staff has access to multiple venders they work with lots of books to pick and choose from. I have never been at a store that was so accommodating. Karolina called me and told me that my furniture order was in and ready for pickup. She offered to have the coffee table and side table assembled so I could see if both of the pieces were the same color wood, which was my concern. The owner of the business and I noticed they were two different colors in the daylight which wouldn’t work in my home. He was gracious enough to tell me I wasn’t obligated to purchase either one of them and he would be happy to return my money. I wanted to keep the coffee table but decided not to purchase the side table. The owner and staff offered to send me some pictures of other pieces that would match the style and wood color I was looking for the side table. As we went to load up the coffee table, the owner and I noticed that the “lift top” on the coffee table was not level. He told me that he would have his assembly crew adjust it and would be willing to deliver it for free to my home for me. Read moreUpdated 10/2: I received a call back from a lovely gal at Euroclassic, and a new set of legs was ordered and installed on our new sofa. I appreciate this being done-despite being past the 3-day exchange window that was initially given. Happy with sofa and that my complaint was addressed!
Previous review: Stopped in twice after seeing their advertising on Craigslist and had looked up their website. Ordered a sofa and told it would be a 3-week wait, or I could purchase the floor model. I chose the floor model, with the assurance it would be delivered quickly. Two days later it arrived. No packing around it should have been my first clue. I covered it in kitty training tape (we did not use the couch) but days later I noticed the two legs on one side of couch had both been chipped (again, we had not used). This was not noticed in our three-day period we were given (to be fair, I didn't inspect the legs and I have cataracts.)
Tania texted me asking how the purchase went, and I sent pictures of chipped legs. It would have been lovely had they offered to send two new legs-but instead, I heard absolutely nothing in response. Sales ladies were perfectly lovely prior to sale. Customer service after the sale? Not so much...
