Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Portland

Another Edit 9/23/22 😆😂 did I mention that I love this place? Still my favorite location. Once you go here you get to know them personally, and they get to know you! I swear these people are like my family LOL each one of them is unique and they're all so sweet. This Crew here is my favorite and I have visited tons and tons of DB's! I now have started to stick to this location instead of going to several. I go a few times a day, and my pups even now go with me! They have now caught on to puppuccinos, oh Lord have mercy lol. If my puppies can give them a 5-star they would give them a 6 😂 I have read a couple reviews where people were a little snippy, and it just is hard for me to believe because I come here several times a day and I've never been treated nasty here. All of them are super cool and I always leave with a smile. If you treat them with respect, they will most definitely treat you 10 times better. Even if you treat them bad, I've seen people be extremely rude to the staff and they still keep their cool and keep the respect and have been nothing but kind to everyone I have ever seen go there. But then I look at what some of these people are griping about and it makes me giggle. Edit: left a 5 star review 5 years ago and if I could give it a 6/5, I would! Love these people! The owner/ HR person really knows how to hire the right people for the team! They are always so friendly, the chat with you like your friend. They all seem to work together great, and my drink is always a 10 out of 10 :-) they have the best drinks out there! My favorite is the German chocolate freeze with caramel at the bottom/ picture perfect :-) thank goodness Dutch Brothers has a couple of locations throughout Portland that are open 24 hours, unfortunately this one is not, but they are open late for a coffee stand and even later on Fridays and Saturdays :-) between this location and a couple of others, I visit Dutch Brothers anywhere between 2 to 4 times a day LOL. Good stuff!...

I always frequent this Dutch and I've always had good customer service and experience, but today 2/4/24 I went and I tried their Dutch Luv drink for the first time. I took 1 sip and it was very off putting and wasn't good at all, but since this was my first time trying it I wasn't sure what it is supposed to taste like. After trying it I immediately turned around to go back and ask for a different drink in return which I've never done. I paid $7 for the drink and also tipped. When I came back the "shift lead" told me they wouldn't remake a drink for me just because I "didn't like it" and tried to charge me for another drink and I explained to him that it just tasted very off and thats why I said I didn't like it. His customer service skills are very poor. I've always worked in the food industry and with customer service and we always want to make the paying customer feel happy and satisfied. Just the fact that he couldn't give me a different drink...

The coffee is always great and staff is usually awesome at this Dutch Bros but, as a dog owner, I was very disappointed in the service this morning.

Without asking permission, the Burrista at the window gave my dog a treat. You should never give a dog a treat unless it is your own dog or have the owners permission.

You don't know what type of dietary complications my dog has.

You are encouraging bad behavior and creating risk that I have to deal with as a dog owner and trainer. When you give a treat to my dog after it's jumped across the driver and is hanging out the window, you are reinforcing that very dangerous behavior.
