This shop was by far the best DND/ magic the gathering/ general board game store I have found in Portland. Visited plenty while I’m vacationing here and all were okay enough, but this one was top tier! The staff (one dude) was really friendly and they had lots of cool dnd dice to choose from. The pricing was a lot better than other stores. I had a great time at the shop and will definitely visit if I come back! (Additionally, the game store has a wall which got owned)

Good selection. Rentals available to play at one of their many tables or to take home and if you liked it enough to buy it, your rental fee goes towards your purchase. Really great staff. I hear there's beer on tap although I didn't have time to partake. Parking can be tricky sometimes but I managed to score a spot out front. Will definitely be back.

Had a good game with what started as a d&d pickup game aboutayearago. Staff is friendly and the store was clean. They have a pretty good selection of miniatures and have paints in "pot" style containers. Good restaurants close by if you get hungry. The have events on MeetUp. Parking isn't bad.

This game store is biased against the female gender. I was waiting in line with my husband to buy the new Disney Lorcana card game on opening day 8/18 because this shop did not take preorders. They were doing “first come first serve”. We were first in line, but multiple people followed before the store opened at noon. Once the doors opened we were told the “rules of buying” which was max of: 8 individual packs, 1 gift box, 1 treasure trove, and your color choice of 1 preconstructed deck box per person. My husband was sold all of the above but I was told I could not! The male cashier told me to “look behind me” at all the other people waiting to buy. When I stated I was an individual and should be able to purchase one of everything just like everyone else who stood in line he said “I’m already giving you an extra 8 packs and 1 pre constructed box”. But it was not extra! It was what EVERYONE was allowed to buy. There was also a sign listed about families of THREE OR MORE only being able to buy a max of 3 of each allotment…but here I couldn’t get what everyone was allowed. I was baffled, embarrassed, and angry. There was plenty of product for everyone to get 1 of everything that stood in line with me that morning. There was a younger lady cashiering at the same time who must have helped at least 3 or 4 customers buy their allotment without issue. The way this man made me feel was not equal to the other costumers that day. I will forever more tell people about my experience so they take their business elsewhere. Nobody should be treated the way I was that day. They don’t deserve...

Just bought 90 bucks in mtg singles online I show up just after they open to pick them up. And then being told that since it’s Black Friday, they won’t have them pulled till maybe the end of the day maybe a couple hours and if I would’ve ordered them on the kiosk, they would’ve had them for me now.. well lost sales of the other items I am here to buy. Should have gone somewhere else.

Update I see that they lie here. they never let me know about this policy and they definitely put anyone that was in the store ahead of anyone else’s order when it’s just as easy to pull for them I see that they don’t wanna accept responsibility for their actions, they had ten people in the store as customers two were on line one was me. They had five employees. But to busy to help anfter taking my money. I suggest that no...

I dropped off a bundle of Magic the Gathering cards to be assessed for sale and I was told it would be 2or 3 days before I would get a call but after 4 days I had received no email or call and when I called they had told me they weren't interested because my cards were in bad shape which is not true. I had a few cards that had some damage but the majority were in fair condition and some better as they were in plastic sleeves from the second they were opened and not touched until they made me remove the sleeves for evaluation. Overall I think they have no sense of loyalty if you're not a regular customer. Also a lack of responsibility and urgency when it comes to returning...
