Three stars for the coffee and one for the downhill trajectory of this place over the last four years.
This coffee shop went from cute, corner coffee to totally unfriendly, to go coffee.
During Covid they kept it as a walk up only (even when patrons were allowed inside) and have since possibly decided they liked that business model?
They removed at least 30 percent of the tables except for one large one and the the tables at the perimeter.
(Edited to say that this morning one wall of tables had the chairs still up on them?)
It may be nice to sit in there as it once was, except now there are ALWAYS dogs inside which are barking and often ruining the atmosphere.
I love dogs. I just don’t love when I have to be subjected to their noise and barking when I’d like to have a cup of coffee and read or chat with a friend….
The baristas are never friendly and the second to last time I went in I ordered a cappuccino I received…. A large cortado?
Coffee is good, just not a fan of the unfriendly vibe and prioritizing of animals...

Both were definitely delicious! They had one book, (Roadside Americana, a book which I found interesting enough to order for myself). There was a cool vintage vibe yet the atmosphere and decor were modern, sustainable and warm. Returned twice this week October 2023. I enjoyed the pumpkin spice latte which was creamy and delicious with more pumpkin less spice. Also enjoyed an iced mocha with whipped cream which was so delectable. Perfection on such a warm...

The guy pulling the shots got me floored - I think he himself was a bit in awe of what he'd run into, he said that he'd played with the temperature and found one which truly got the a lovely complex flavor out and that really was the case; a great shot it was, espresso to behold - different than Extracto or Stumptown, really rich flavor without dominating presence. I got the beans. I love this...
