I purchased an entire system through Gary during the pandemic. Gary and and the team at True Audiophile provided me with outstanding service and helped me with so many different questions on setting up a new system. They sell amazing products that you can't find at any big e-tailer. I am extremely pleased with the Merason DAC 1, it pairs perfectly with the Audion Silver Night 300b special edition. It's silky smooth, you can listen to it for hours with a huge smile. Folks at True Audiophile don't cut corners, they have to patience and willingness to go the extra distance to make sure you are really satisfied with your purchase. Highly recommended, Bravo!

Gary from True Audiophile helped me update my setup including selling me things like better speaker wire and record cleaning supplies, but also pointing me to useful tools like speaker floor spikes and the Okki Nokki record cleaning tool. He helped me precisely set up my turntable (see picture). He was eager to discuss the finer points of different brands and styles of these tools and even helped me set up the location of my new speakers for improved sound. Gary has a passion for sound and the knowledge to put it to use. I plan to work with him again in the future.

Absolutely one of the best high end audio shops out there. Their customer service is truly top notch and they work with you to make sure you will receive the best possible products that fit your needs. No matter where you are in the country, they can still help you with your audio needs. Both Marc and Gary work seriously hard to make sure everything is done well and to your specifications. They truly make buying any high end piece of audio equipment an easy and affordable task.

Over a long weekend I had the pleasure to meet Gary at True Audiophile. I was requesting his expertise in setting up and aligning my turntable. I am grossly incompetent at this and when you’ve invested a not inconsiderable sum of money, there will be some peace of mind knowing a professional has looked over your gear. Gary was very quick to respond and a date was set up. I dropped off everything at his place and had a wonderful chat about hifi. It helps that my tastes align with his. He’s a great story teller and really knows the hobby inside and out. To make a long story short, my table and arm proved to be very, very finicky. However, Gary took all the extra time needed to get to the bottom of the issue. He was in constant communication throughout the entire process. To his credit he was going to get this table and cartridge singing no matter what. He must have put in at least double or triple the hours that he would normally have to do. When I went to pay he not only kept his originally price as quoted, but respectfully declined my tip. He must have went completely gray working on this. When I got home and fired up my system I was gobsmacked by the improvement. I was assuming maybe a ten percent improvement; it was more like 100%. The ease, tone, bandwidth, and presence all took a dramatic turn for the better. One really doesn’t know what can be unlocked from the record grooves until your cart has been perfectly calibrated. I could wax eloquently for paragraphs about the dramatic change but I won’t bore you. I just urge you to please use him if you are needing some peace of mind about your own turntable. He is a consummate professional, friendly and knowledgeable. You cannot go wrong. I am proud to have him nearby. He has found a new and loyal customer. Thank you Gary and True Audiophile! Now i have to go listen to some...

I grew up in the consumer electronics business. My family built an empire by distributing, marketing and selling high end audio equipment around the world during the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s and 80’s.

I’ve had the unique experience to see this industry grow from its roots with tinkerers and music lovers building from scratch and by hand complex gear in their living rooms and garages to the rise of the mult national electronic conglomerates pushing low price, poorly made and badly designed off the shelf boxes sold by the millions at every mall worldwide.

I recently bought a few great pieces from True Audiophile and was blown away by the attention and support I received from these guys. They truly love the products they sell and are dedicated in helping the audiophile community cut through the enormous maze of gear that’s on the market these days.

These people are the real deal. True lovers of great music and sound!

As a kid, I used to watch guys like Jim Lansing, Saul Marantz and Avery Fisher working out of their homes making wonderous hand built electronic devices not knowing if anyone would buy these things so they could pay the bills and make enough to buy more parts for their next gen creations.

Their tedious work and devotion ultimately spawned a revolution in the Music and Home Entertainment.

True Audiophile is a direct outgrowth of this addictive, satisfying hobby. Gary and his team nurture and support modern day enthusiast tinkers just like those driven pioneer audio designers.

I, for one and I hope all of you will support the hard work that’s needed to survive in this industry. True Auiophile is an oasis of good taste, knowledge and enthusiasm surrounded by a Big Box,...

TOP NOTCH ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Support small business and if you like audio, this one! My name is Jake, ordered some HiFiman Sundara to pick up in store. Marc, communicated everything quick and fast. Let me know that they are extremely popular and sought after, and were on a backorder and would provide updates regarding my order. This morning my phone wasn't updating my emails for some reason. However I hopped on my PC to game and checked my emails. I received an email telling me that they would be on a backorder till October and if I was okay with it, never had the chance to respond to that email (it's open in another browser as I type) but I was totally fine waiting lol it's not a huge rush to me. To my surprise, he emailed again numbering the updates and saying that they were able to acquire one and were having it drop shipped to me (not sure if I'm a special circumstance, but do I feel special/lucky as hell). I've worked retail for years, and happened to be part of a team that reviewed the feedback given to our store and associates as well and how we could improve our service (multi-million dollar store). Little to say, I am extremely impressed with the professionalism, the quick emails, the updates, and the service this team has provided. SUPPORT SMALL...
