I can't believe I'm the first to review. How is this possible. (Maybe they're a new business - I have no idea.) But I was absolutely blown away by my son's birthday cake. Blown. Freaking. Away. I usually make cakes for my kids, but have ordered professional cakes in the past that I'm always disappointed with. This birthday, I knew I couldn't add making a cake to my plate, so I reached out to local bakeries to make a gluten free cake. (My SIL has Celiac's so it was important!) We ended up going with Cake Nouveau and let me just say... next time I need a cake, I'm getting one here. The cake was the best gluten free cake my SIL has ever had. Honestly it was SO GOOD. It's been a few days and we're still snacking on leftovers and it hasn't even dried out. The decorations were exactly what I asked for. It was just a perfect cake at a very affordable price. I saw a Boba Fett cake on Cake Nouveau’s Instagram and thought it looked amazing, so I ordered one for my husband’s graduation party. The cake is even more impressive in person, my husband was expecting a microscope or Petri dish shaped cake so he was really surprised. The detail was incredible on the Boba Fett helmet and all the guests commented how it was the best carrot cake they’d ever had. The cake was so moist!
