VILLA SERENA — Local services in Portland

Positives: the location is fantastic. Very safe area in general minus the occasional screaming people at night. The bed is very comfortable and there are plenty of power ports and plugs to charge. The shower has hot water all the time.

Negatives: No tea kettle or speedy jug for boiling water. You'll have to use a pot. It can get a bit noisy with traffic located right off the main street and loads of honking/train sounds (somehow). No dishwasher in the apartment/flat. Steps are a bit steep when carrying heavy things and emptying out the trash.

Washing machines and dryers aren't the best maintained, had to go over to the laundromat around a 5 minute walk to get my laundry done for...
