Weāve been several times this summer and have really enjoyed ourselves!! It is HUGE compared to the other childrenās museums available nearby with 3 stories of fun. The girl at the front desk recommended starting from the top and working our way down so that is what we did. The top floor has a gym area with equipment for the kids to climb on, a really cute little town with lots of different job oriented centers for kids to play in (fire truck, vet, OBGYN, mechanic to name a few) on the second floor there is an art room, reading area, dress up station, cute play campfire area, and a little market/food truck area. Then the bottom floor offers the water table a few educational toys and the gift shop/front desk area. My main critique and why I only rated 4 stars was that the stairs on the second floor arenāt blocked off (photo included). As someone with a toddler at a place geared around toddlers/younger kids this was really concerning for me, so be sure to keep an extra close eye on your kids in that area. Otherwise we love the museum! I would highly recommend it and will definitely bring my...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhat a great place to take children. They have so many fun activities for them . With a wic or food stamp card admission is $2 per person . You really can't beat it . They have so much fun and always find new stuff everytime . So great for rainy days or really hot days when you can't do much out doors. They have water tables on the first floor and play areas on the other 2 floors. Not only do you get to play on all 3 floors as long as you want, you can leave and come back same day and play again. So perfect for a quick lunch break and back at it after . They are close to 2nd street dairy bar so you don't have to go far for food. And let me tell ya . They get so worn out playing the sleep good that night . I recommend any parent, grandparent to check this out with your children . They have about anything you can think of for ages up to 12 . There isn't a age limit here but I do think it is made for the imagination ages . Hope...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe went to CandyLand today and my son loves this place. My 8 yr old is on the spectrum and got scared with all the kids he asked the front staff to show him where the sensory room was so he could take a break. He sat for 20 minutes and decided he needed to leave. We left and staff stopped us to give him a return ticket to come back again. He walked around outside for a bit and asked to try again. I offered to pay again and they told us no and to go play. My little dude had a blast and didnāt want to leave. His favorites are the scarf tubes and the car he can he take apart and build. Everyone was so nice and helpful when he was struggling. He already asking when he...
