Purchased a sweatshirt for $138. As I was walking out the door, 3 minutes later, I found another sweatshirt in the preferred size and style for $58 (which I mentioned I preferred but they didn’t have my size. Turns out they actually did as I saw that as I was walking out). I asked if I could swap them out and they said I’d end up with store credit. There wasn’t anything else I wanted so I left with my original $138 pullover. I have a super sour taste in my mouth and disappointed I left without my preferred size and style. The owner said because they’re a small business they can’t give me my money back for the difference, even though it wasn’t more than 5 minutes since I purchased the first one… I was not told about the exchange policy until that time (which would not be a big deal since I am not local).
