We don’t even know how to say thank you to Katryn and the entire team at the envio for bringing our wedding to life. Our wedding was more perfect than we could have ever imagined and it’s thanks to Katryn and her team for bringing our vision to life. Katryn was the most incredible coordinator. She was prompt in her communication, extremely accommodating, organized, offered words of encouragement and put our minds at ease anytime we felt anxious leading up to our day. I had a ton of extra flowers and told her she could just place them wherever, not only did she do that but the way she worked them into our day was jaw dropping. Our reception room set up brought me to tears I nearly fell over. All of our guests could not believe how beautiful our venue was. They secured a suite for us, brought things to our room, packaged up all of our decor after our event and made the day flow so seamlessly we truly could not believe how well they took care of us. The team did not allow us to lift a finger and made us feel like royalty. They were available at any moment that we needed them and If I could do it all over again I would choose this venue every single time. The food was PHENOMENAL, all of our guests said it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. Guests were able to stay in beautiful clean, spacious hotel rooms on site and it was by far the best decision we ever made to have our event here, making it beautiful and seamless for our guests. This is an an unfortunate 3 star that really should and could have been a 5*. -visited 12-17, 7pm, in the igloo for 4. -the establishment was beautiful and clean -we were greeted and seated promptly -the cocktails were stellar -the plating, speed of food & quality was second to none and the pictures speak for itself.

All that said, $300 tab later - the unfortunate service we received is borderline lackluster enough that you it makes the wonderful night just kinda suck. The servers attitude, tho it was a rather chilly night, was not on point, she seems uninterested in us, and we felt pushed and rushed at different points. The $100 fee for the igloo is not a big deal and worth it - so long as the environment around you is comfortable which it ended up not being. The server never said happy birthday to the birthday girl that was the reasoning for the dinner, and she came over to grab the check as I was still counting out cash to settle the bill. We had some food that was left over, and it was never asked if we would like that packaged up to go, the plates were just discarded.

A little more TLC and bedside manner would have been all it would have taken from the server to achieve a 5* review to be blunt.

Before booking The Envio, we had seen and heard great things! When starting our hunt for the perfect venue, we needed to ensure certain requirements: great food, convenience, modern look, flexibility, amazing staff. The Envio checked off all the boxes! We worked with Katryn and Alex, who are absolute All Stars! They were super accommodating and thorough every step of the way. They made sure we didn't miss a beat. All of our guests raved about how our wedding was the best they've ever experienced. And that is largely due to The Envio team showing them a great experience. Often times as the wedding couple, you don't know exactly what you want when it comes to certain details. Katryn and Alex were both able to make great suggestions, which helped our decision making overall. The food, was amazing from the past apps, to the stations, to the main course. Bar service, incredible. It had everything our guests needed. Hotel rooms, super modern, bright and clean! We loved how easy it was to get from the room block to the function area.
