I can't express how awesome this experience is. You are just going to have to experience it for yourself. All I can say is I had this feeling of relaxation going through my entire body. I was left alone in a tank initially with relaxing music, then only that of my heartbeat. And that was pretty touching and amazing. What a great way to get away from the world for an hour and focus on yourself. No technology. Just a feeling of floating away pain, stress, anxiety, or whatever else is on your mind. Dawn is the most amazing individual when it comes to pleasing a client - definitely goes above and beyond. Everything was very clean, from the float tank, to the floors, walls and shower! Release Float Spa has been an amazing experiance for me and an eye opening journy in teaching my body how to relax from the every day stresses and tension I didn't even relize I was holding. There are so many great health benefits that you definitely start to see as a member. I have had some of my most profound meditations here as well. I highly recommend giving this a try if you are at all interested or intruiged. If you dont fully relax the first time, dont give up to quick, our bodys can take some reprograming when it comes to true relaxation.

Super amazing experience from the introduction with staff to the actual float. If you're thinking about trying it, do it now. It was such an amazing experience and I came out feeling so refreshed, calm, and in such a great headspace.

The float space in the flagship room was large enough for someone with a large body to float comfortably without touching anything. The entrance into the float space was tall for me a 5'2" person to step into so if you have mobility issues with stepping over very tall things it may not be the best fit. That was my only down side otherwise it really makes me you float so well, you feel like you're completely weightless and with arms and legs out don't touch...
