I first want to address the incredible customer service and staff here. Everyone is pretty fabulous, and accommodating. One gallon in particular I think she's the manager, TESSA is pretty incredible! I look forward to every time going in there, being greeted by her, but even more than that, I could tell she genuinely cared about me as a person. So much so that because she cared about what was going on in my life and how my day was.She was able to Give a reference to something else that helped me in my life as well. Was looking for a place to tan and its perfect location. The owners are so kind and the employees are so sweet and welcoming. I have bought so many pieces of clothing here because they’re so fricken cute. I purchased a tanning lotion as well didn’t love it and the owner couldn’t have been more happy to exchange it for me and help me find a better fit. The whole vibe there is so welcoming and just open. Started doing other services there and it’s just been a great experience all around with all of them. I really like tanning at loft 41. Been coming here for 2yrs now. The beds are always cleaned and sanitized, the staff is always so friendly and welcoming, and the owner is a gem. I went to a different tanning salon for a while and ended up getting a fungus on my back because they didn’t clean their beds properly. When I switch over to this place, I chatted about it with the staff and were able to tell me what measures to take. Knowledge is power.
