Pita Pit — Restaurant in Post Falls

I always use the drive thru on my lunch break. The pita's are good 75% of the time, occasionally I will get one that has half the meat and veggies or didn't get the sauce, so on and so forth, also it seems like about every 5th time I go there they hand me the bag that should have all the food it in and it will be missing chips or cookies or something. They need to pay attention to details, especially for the price. They aren't over the top but they aren't cheap either. --Update-- The last 2 times I have gone the quality of the food has been poor. The pita I got today after 2 bites tasted moldy. After deconstructing the pita to see where the problem was it seems it came from the green peppers. The time before the lettuce was old, it had changed color and there were slimy pieces. The soup has been barley room temp and they seem to have a hard time understanding "no tomato's" on the orders.

This used to be one of my favorite places to go for a quick lunch. After the poor quality of food the last couple of times and the fact that they seem to always be out of things (A few weeks ago they had no soup, were out of 2 types of chips, no turkey and they were out of another meat also) I think I have to say they have gone down hill quickly and cannot recommend this location or eat...

Great food, great price. But the person in front of me took 10 minutes to get their food and I only ordered one thing. They could have had him pull forward and given me my one item which I'm sure was ready almost instantly. Instead I'm writing this as I'm late for work. Not cool (unlike my gyro, which is cold) Now I'm too stressed to eat. I hate when I leave early and still end up being late.

Frankly though, it shouldn't matter if I'm not at work exactly on time. Just like it shouldn't matter if they take a little longer to make my food. I'm sorry that I even have to say anything. I'm only mad because SOMEBODY is going to have a kiniption if I'm late by just a few minutes. Stone age and medieval people didn't have to deal with this. Why do you think so many people have digestive problems, anxiety and depression? Being forced to live by the tyranny of the clock is a destructive oppression that hurts us all very deeply. Terrible customer service!!! At my work they handed out free pita pit coupons. I assume to boost business?? Any way. So, I ordered 3 pita for three different people from work. I was picking up for. I went through the drive through. The employee there said they could only accept one coupon at a time. Then I said can you separate they are for 3 different people. So, she handed me the bag with the three pitas in it. But, something told me to wait. So I waited another employee said they could only take one coupon at a time. That’s fine, it doesn’t say that On the coupon. So after the pitas were in my process for a few minutes and had to hand it back and only take one pita?? At that point I’m sure they had to throw them away why not accept my coupon. Made me feel scared and very uncomfortable and horrible customer service! Kind counter productive if your trying boost business with coupons...
